Hey dude,u are genius,I too have done a similar set up all by making myself First a projector 300 inches after 2 years of experimental on my farm house Second a massive audio home theater from Sony and above all a massive fire place Thanks so much and all the best Expect a small revert from u too
I was previously surprised by how Zack didn't seem interested in a dedicated theater despite owning a company that focuses on this business. Congrats Zack, I can't wait to see what you do next in this hobby. It definitely says a lot when a business owner is into what they sell. I definitely "Sa"mashed that like button!
Appreciate it Karani! Sometimes it can be hard to own the company and still take time to enjoy the reason you started it to begin with! Definitely energized and diving head first back into it for you guys! It’s so much fun!
Looks amazing! You and your company do some amazing work! Have learned so much from you and your team over the years! Watching the Dreamedia channel inspired me to do my very own home theater and have developed a passion for it ever since. Thanks 🙏
This comment is AMAZING! Literally the reason we do it! So happy to hear you find inspiration on the channel. We will keep them coming for you. Congratulations on your own theater set up!
@@Dreamediaav Nothing like a day on POW… nice system you got there. Perfect match for a movie night right after spending the day on the mountain. Perfect match!!!
The 302 is only 3” deep so it will clear the image being displayed. It’s the perfect speaker to mount to the wall with this set up. You could also do a in wall center like the focal 100 IWLCR5 if your 16” studs line up center. Thanks for watching!
Nice..Zak..I am waiting for the Benq ht 4550i..in april 3200 lumens, 4 ied overlap with Texas Instruments DLP ..long throw..I dont have room for a short throw...I am a disabled veteran in a 16 ft wide trailer with a 150" dalite screen..optoma uhd 65 projector...love your video's...
For someone who is into Home theatre, whats your 3 favourite movies? Are you going to paint the walls a dark colour? You should do some sort of a house tour, looks great!!!
Loving how the space came together. Loving how clean the focal speakers are looking. Can these focal 300’series match well with the new vestia line? Can’t wait for more content keep up the great work
Zack great job on this video series . Thank you for the content . I will be purchasing a new AV Receiver in the next few months or sooner . I am trying to decide between the Marantz Cinema 50 and the new Sony 5000 ES series . I think Marantz is winning .
Thanks a lot for the kind words Ronald! Glad to hear I’m able to help with you buying decision. I’m going to get the marnatz cinema 40 and av10 videos up soon too. Just a lot of content in the works right now! We are working hard for you. I’ll see if we can get a Sony 5000 for you and do a side by side or at-least overview video. I’m personally a big marnatz fan and always have been. Thanks for commenting!
How does the 6 atmos work with your Marantz Cinema 50?i have the Cinema 50 and a 5.2.4 config with height speakers Front and rear .I am thinking of putting a top middle pair in ceiling for 5.2.6 ...do you recommend it??😊
Definitely recommend 6 Atmos! It sounds awesome! You just need a 2 channel amp to expand the full 11.4 Channel processor on the cinema 50. In this set up we have the audio control 5 channel Pantages G4 for the bed layer. You can also use the Savoy g4 which would be an excellent choice. Call and talk with a specialist about which is right for your speakers and budget. 😁 877-417-9000. We ship nationwide!
Thanks for the kind words! It is simple. Just extend some RGB lighting over there off a controller and mount them inside the grill. Hope that helps. Thanks for commenting!
Man this is awesome to see! I’ve been waiting for your own set up video. Quick question if you feel like commenting though. What was the main decision maker regarding the Marantz? I have a Denon x4500h that needs to be upgraded and was going to go for the cinema 50 too but now I’m hearing some really good things about the new Sony ES line. Considering the 5000. Have you heard it? Any thoughts on this?
I’m happy to hear you enjoyed it! It was a fun series to film and it’s not over! I’m not a huge Sony fan but can get one in the house and do a side by side. I have always been a big denon/Marantz fan in this price range. I really like their menus/calibration/ and how warm and musical the sound is. I think for the money Marantz is hard to beat but a side by side would be interesting! 😏
In reality it's always about compromises but personally wouldn't have placed the most important speaker within the cabinet. Virtualisation and depth of sound are going to be gone! But it does look good though.
Appreciate that John! The lighting is just standard RGB strip lighting wired back to a power supply! Would you be interested in seeing how it’s wired? I recorded the process but didn’t know if anyone would be interested in that content. Thanks for commenting!
What are your thoughts on the 120" ultra short throw vs. a 98 LED TV? I suppose that after you add up the cost of a screen, projector, and special cabinet the cost is only slightly less than a decent 98" TV. Even though ALR screen looks remarkably good considering you have giant windows and snow in your yard, it still looks pretty washed out compared to a TV. How would you advise a client? What pros and cons would you discuss with them? I'm asking because I had the same debate when I was deciding whether or not to upgrade my 120" front projector, or just bolt a 98" TV to the wall. I chose the projector because those few extra inches were significant in my room, the mood/mindset of only watching at night in complete darkness makes the movie more of an event, and the look and feel a rear projector makes me feel like I'm in a movie theater, even though it's our living room.
Your right on the money! The tv is going to be better for day time viewing with the exception of screen GLARE. The 120” gives you much more Realestate for the money and is definitely more of the movie experience. At night I would say the image is going to be just as good as a LED but it really just comes down when your going to be viewing your content most of the time. Most of our customers do not have this level of windows in the room. I definitely put the stress test on it! Lol. I think once we get 110” TVS down a little in cost that will be the way to go. Give in a few years and micro led/led massive panels will come down in cost. Keep in mind with this UST you could do up to 150” if your wall allows. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!
I have a old Sony 5.1 system I’m looking to upgrade, can you suggest a reasonably priced AV receiver that can do 5.1.2, that has a good iPhone application, I am blind, and so cannot see the display on the receiver. Also, how does one shoe speakers when one cannot really hear them live. 1:00
I have it in high altitude mode which is full fan mode and it’s not noticeable unless the room is dead quite. The salamander designs cabinet does a good job of keeping the db level down

Why have dolby atmos setup when the Epson ls800 only have ARC and not eARC?
