Yeah. In this game each flawless victory costs 1 second and the best strategies to avoid it will cost half second. The idea is to always take a hit as long as it doesn't cost 1 second. Against Goro, for example, unfortunatelly there's no consistent way (as far as I know) to avoid the Flawless Victory while still saving time. The Flawless Victory against Scorpion could be avoided, but for 1st and 2nd character are kinda dumb so it's better to go for consistency since it's hard to not get stuck in early game. For 1st Endurance the strategy I used against Sonya in 1st round is pretty much the same speed as the one I used in 2nd round, so what I'm going to use depends on what is Cage's position when the 2nd character jumps in. Thanks for your comment!
Hey, man! What's up? Thanks for the comments! Using 2P allows for some exploits, like for example when I jump punch towards the opponent and he/she tries to counter with a vertical jump kick, but I manage to hit them. If you use P1 they don't try to counter you, but instead they usually just block. The AI only behaves that way up to Mirror Match, in endurances the opponents don't try to counter you. On Shang Tsung the AI again fall for the exploit. Another advantage of using P2 is that some stages allow for quicker fights, like what I do against 2nd endurance. That wouldn't be possible if I was P1, cause the corner would be too far to the right.
On mk1 the cpu acts different when you are player 1 and player 2, some things you can do like one player and cant be done in the other player, both sides has their good and bad things
