Why even have woodwinds? The brass is just trucking through it!
For real. All I hear is brass.
Guess they want to be included in the mighty power of the brass.
There are songs with woodwind leading parts.
woodwinds provide some background sound, and sometimes they have the melody. But woodwinds aren’t designed like brass horns, so idk why folks complain about not hearing them. Woodwinds get a lot of shine during concert and symphony season where it’s easy to hear them in concert halls with good acoustics.
All brass works for DCI.
