Those ain't 411s, they're Conn 20Ks: HEAVY DUTY EDITION
And they engraving on the top of the bell is inspired by the 2370s Whitehorse used to play on.

What makes the Heavy Duty Edition different from normal 20Ks

20KHDs are heavily braced for collegiate marching bands, not to mention they're made out of thicker brass material than the regular 20ks so that they're not as easy to dent.
