    Love this podcast! Ty Gary Brecka for bringing Dr.Patel on board. I am a pharmacist myself and learning to think outside the box is difficult especially surrounded by other pharmacists who are still stuck on conventional treatment only. I now realize the importance of practicing functional medicine for long term and including conventional practice when necessary

      I there with you. As a emergency/trauma RN, I get the same looks or vibes from ppl when I mention using supplements or alternative therapies. I just wish the cost of many alternative therapies are expensive. I have a few providers that will charge what insurance would pay them, on things that insurance will actually cover if you want to pay cash and not even deal with insurance. Many are trying to get away from even accepting insurance. They can charge much less and not have deal with the hassle of dealing with insurance.

    Glutathione allowed me to be promoted in my job. Stress just bounced off of me. I was a storm of control and power. It even stopped me getting blind drunk - just happy drunk the whole night. All I did was take a tablespoon of MSM organic sulphur everyday for a few weeks. I try my best to take it everyday. Glutathione is the real deal guys. Really enjoyed the podcast, Gary, youre a blessing to us.

      He’s making millions. And we don’t really know if this methylation things is actually as legit as he says.
      $600 for the dna test. He could charge half that and still make ALOT of money.
      I won’t purchase it bc I don’t know if the follow-up questions I have, will be answered or if I’ll be guiding like I’d hope I would.
      $250 for this bottle that costs them, $10 to make. He’d be a hero if this stuff was affordable for common people and not just the rich.
      Great life path to take, I applaud him, in doing what he believes.
      I wouldn’t charge so much, my motivation to help would lower the costs. But he is friends with rich people, so he has the peer-pressure to make as much money as them. So the world doesn’t benefit from this bc one persons selfishness. Not a hero.

    Antioxidant potency is often measured by ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) scores. potentially more potent ones are:
    Lipophilic Antioxidants: These are fat-soluble and protect cell membranes. Examples include:
    Astaxanthin: May have stronger anti-inflammatory properties than glutathione;
    Vitamin E: Protects cell membranes from free radical damage.
    Hydrophilic Antioxidants: Water-soluble, they combat free radicals within the cell itself. Examples include:
    Lipoic Acid: May regenerate other antioxidants like glutathione and vitamin C.
    Vitamin C: A well-known antioxidant that works synergistically with glutathione.

    I just wanted to say great podcast! I also wanted to add in my two cents with glutathione. I’ve been detoxing from mold for a year now. I use quicksilver scientific liposomal glutathione and it without it I would be bedridden. I’ve tried to stop taking it and I get sick again. So it does work for me. I also have heterozygous MTHFR. I’m going to try his topical glutathione but I just wanted to say the specific brand I use has been a lifesaver.
