The number of things Anna can do. Sure, you could find someone who does nothing but piping for a living. And, there would be a good result. But Anna - the paint activities, cabinet designs, lino cut, wall paper, now silk screening. Plus, totally immersed in the design decisions. Who could do all these things? ANNA!

Beautiful. The paint colour is stunning. So many people play it safe with white but interestingly the colours in art galleries are often rich and dark. These display the art works beautifully.

oh you 2 look like sisters. I love making things with friends. Such a beautiful thing to be creative together. I designed and helped my childhood friend of 40 years, upgrade her bathroom on a dime. Gave me so much joy doing it together and knowing she uses it everyday.

Anna is so talented. The pattern engineering on the edges of the headboard was perfection. One of my pet peeves with patterned shirts is that most aren’t engineered well so you get a mishmash of pattern. You pay more for the pattern match but it makes quite a difference in the finished product. When I was a kid my best friend’s father was a buyer for an upscale women’s clothing store and he taught me about this and the weight of fabric and things I didn’t recognize just from looking at pieces. Knits were especially challenging but he had an impeccable eye. Funny the details you remember from your childhood. The owners/supervisors in the business at that time were also quite respectful to their employees - many they trained and it took years for real expertise so his employees weren’t throw aways like many businesses that are owned by Hedge Funds today. 0:30 Today the fashion is often throwaway pieces so to get well made pieces you pay a real premium. I will say I have some wool jackets that I have worn for decades that look like new and I collect antique kimonos and embroidered pieces made in France and Hong Kong that are still wonderful. I would love to see some of Anna’s work from her years in the business. With high inflation it makes sense to buy vintage pieces because new pieces aren’t finished well and sustainable fabrics cost more but can be found at diff price points. I’m not really sure if Anna made clothing or handbags or home goods. I’m impressed by her process when making items for their chateau. Anyone know?

Just from the thumbnail, the headboard turned out so, so lovely! The orange on Anna's shirt is just like California orange poppies which would be so pretty as an accent color. But you both have great taste in interior design and it's been fun seeing everything come together. Looking forward to some more top tier waste pipe content, too...
I think they may be incorporating rusts and oranges in the end! A couple of times they’ve mentioned how good Ziggy looks in there. 😂
