The mother would scream and threaten me every time I walked out the door. My car was keyed, my side mirror was hit with a baseball bat. Loud music ALL NIGHT, every night! After 3 months, I finally talked to a lawyer and he got me out of my lease. So , yes, a person can be provoked to the point of this happening.

I'm at the 20 minute mark in this video & I think the judge will give her 20 yrs. That's basically a life sentence due to her age but with her age she will probably die in prison. I think she would have gotten away with this if one thing was different and that thing is the door. I think if the door was open that she would walk free for doing this but , the whole case I feel is based on the door being closed & that's what got her convicted ! I believe the woman that passed probably was irate & attacking & had this woman scared to death. I also believe it's probably true the shooter did call them all a bunch of racial slurs.
