This is the correct method to do braised duck....the sequence of caramalysing the rock sugar and coated the duck with the caramel them adding in the galangal and sauces is magic.

I chopped into half as my wok unable to handle 1 full duck. If your wok is big enough no need to chop half ☺️🙏🏻
