    A little cozy but not bad. The asking price seems reasonable to me. Probably well suited for a small family on a budget. On a side note, I realize it's not the 1950s. Business attire no longer requires a three piece with a gold watch chain and homburg hat. But Daniel might want to bump up his wardrobe a little bit.

    It's hilarious that a place like this requires bars on the windows. New York is a decaying city, with no presumed social contract connecting its citizens (or migrants) together and it is very sad.
