Anupam's 55 lakhs for 1.5% was a great deal actually compared to 60 lakhs for 2% equity coz Equity is something that shouldn't be given out too much. even 0.5% plays a major role.

Product seems good but i highly doubt of its success bcoz the audience they are targeting are mostly kanjoos type in a gd way they want to save money in every way possible my father will also hesitate to spend rs.5000 for calci and on top of that subscription charges which will be like big no it may be a hit in metros and 2 tiers but i highly doubt its success in towns and villages and even in metros i am skeptical bcoz people pay chartered accountants for maintaining and filing so they will just ask their accountant right why pay these guys money anyway i hope it become successful and useful
V3 comes at rs 2999 also subscription is not mandatory you will access to data forr 25 days for free for lifetime and you can use the smart calculator feature unlimited for free

This product is a scam! What's the use of the calculator? It's only the app which keeps track of all transaction. So the app on a tablet would be better for shopkeepers.
Just for cash in and cash out buttons an unwanted device and making things complicated
It also does billing,inventory management,dynamic qr,soundbox.
Shopkeeper are busy to take out their phone, unlock it,open app, type anount and click categories it, on avg shop has 50 to 200 customers, we wanted to piggy back on calculator that they are already using to enable an easy interface.
