Thank you guys for the overwhelming surge of feedback on this video!! This animation was made months back before the movie came out so that is why it's not a direct parody off of the Netflix movie, since at the time all was known was his name in the Netflix adaption was "Light Turner" hence why this parody was made.

@@Default158 No, no it is not. I just went through da rules real quick. No wishing for the death of others, that much is true, but notice the clause of ''Fairies can't directly kill, maim or injure living beings''
The key word here being ''directly'' which means: Timmy can't wish for someone to die, get maimed or injured, but his wishes CAN kill someone as a result of being granted.
So Timmy can wish for a death note, because the wish itself doesn't kill or injure anyone.
The irony here isn't lost on me.

To be fair, the circumstances between the two situations were very different. Though I don't remember much about Crocker in Fairly Oddparents or his role in the story, I do remember that L was a freelance super detective genius who was trying to stop Kira from killing more people, while I doubt Timmy could've used Cosmo and Wanda for something as criminal as that. Besides, Light was only a minor for the very first few episodes of the series, and after a certain point he was an adult studying in college; meanwhile, Timmy stayed a kid through the entirety of the series.
So yeah, different circumstances. Won't argue the physical likeness though.
