Yet, the 36 year old will be remembered more not for his performance but his public outbursts and fights he picked with anyone that criticized him. For one year, Sam Gituku has been seeking audience with a man entrusted with the sporting affairs of the nation, here now he tells the story of Echesa as told by those who knew him from his early days.

how do you give Echesa's story without highlighting what brought him to national limelight - ODM youth leader. That was the key. In-fact that is the stepping stone . Everyone would have love to here a thing or two about his time in ODM and how he later 'shit on the plate that fed him'

I thought that COTU Chairman Francis Atwoli was defaming the image of this man Rashid Echesa as less educated School dropout but Mr. Atwoli was right. While some of us had sleepless nights, reading books and books for primary leaving exams, O-level exams, A-level exams, BA 3-years University, MPA-2years, PhD 5years. Rashid Echesa a gambler becomes Cabinet Secretary (Minister) with no education in this 21st century. Oooooooh: What!!! I still don’t believe what is happening in Kenya. The question is that how did he manage to go through the vetting process in parliament? Kenya, Kenya Kenya!!!!

When i see this , I question Ruto capability to steer this country in the right direction. Because surely he is the one who pushed for his appointment.
