- Making homemade fresh rice noodles sounds like a daunting and unnecessary undertaking. After all, it’s easy to pick up a pack of fresh rice noodles at any Asian grocery market for cheap.
But when you can’t find it, and you are craving the soft, slippery and slightly chewy texture that only fresh flat rice noodles can offer, you get busy in the kitchen and steam it from scratch!

Can i use corn starch?
Hi Thanks for sharing your recipe yummy yummy 😊😊👍
Thank you for watching!
Can we make this with 100% rice flour?
It's better to use a mixture of rice flour, potato starch or tapioca starch. Using only rice flour, the noodle will not be elastic and will break.
Is it completely gluten free?? I am allergic to aglutin And want to try it? Is it safe? And thank you for the recipe
Yes, if you use only these flours. Just don't fry it in soya sauce (it contains gluten)

Do it use for pad thai but thinner cut ?
sure it can definitely be used for pad thai!
@@ChannelYZyes from this you can use for Pat Thai, soup, you can cut like you like small or big slice, you can eat also fresh with nuoc mam mix, sauce for nem ( sauce mix vinegar, sugar and nuoc mam) with cha lor.
It is just not used in pad thai, also used in recipes in many countries. Not just used in only yours.
Can I use cornflowers
Plz reply
I wouldn't use all corn starch but perhaps 10-20%? Are you not able to find rice flour?
