These people that just discard a puppy or kitten or any animal that can't fend for itself just isn't human. Poor little boy. Thank God you found him before he died a horrible death alone and unwanted. My heart breaks for these animals and I thank you people that rescue and care for them.

@@wheelie642 You're right, there's a lot of money being made from scam videos. There are many which steal videos from other channels, Facebook, etc. There are even some which intentionally abuse animals so they can claim to have rescued them. I don't know about third world countries; the sickest I have seen are from America and have hundreds of thousands, even millions of views and likes. The kitten rescued from sixty feet down a well for instance. The acting is so over the top I don't know how anyone can fall for it, but apparently I'm in the minority. This video however is not a scam. If you look at Olena's videos from before the Russian invasion in February you will see that she was saying then that there were over 25,000 stray dogs in her area. Obviously there are now many more due to many people abandoning them when they escaped the country. So there are plenty of puppies that can be found without the need to plant them. And honestly, even if she did, the fact that she is raising money to feed thousands of stray dogs makes pretty well any tactic okay in my book.

How = 1 specific thing happened with me 3 years ago we had lots of kittens born from 2 moms where i live , the 'landlord' said i had to get rid of them ( outside born in the apt building yard) We all loved them but i felt forced to 'get rid' of most of them, gave some away and a few i just dropped off in parks, it made me cry at the time, i did not know what to do. Now i would never do that , i guess i grew up . But at the time i felt no choices.
