You refer to the down as "goose feathers" but Canada Goose uses duck down almost exclusively. The Snow Mantra and a few hoodies use goose down, otherwise it's duck down. So many folks get this wrong.

+it depends on the style of coat, for example, the chilliwacks might be the only CG coat to have the patch on the right side. Most every other CA will have the patch on the left. Hope they helps!North Phillyguy

do the fakes also sometimes have the bag for the labels to go inside? coz i saw a video about fakes with holograms too but the difference the fake had the labels side to side like that jacket you showed (did Canada goose switch it up after introducing hologram?), where as the genuine one had them stacked together with the a for mentioned bag to house the labels.
+Alexis Schlenk I don't have a fake bag to show you but I think you should be suspicious if you get a cheap or even a bag at all with your coat.
The labels side to side are something that Canada goose did a few years ago so authentic coats have labels side to side. The newer coats tuck the labels in a bag or stack them on top of each other.

You can see on the fake canada goose lable, that beside 'fuzzy leaves', they printed TM instead of 'r symbol' (registrated/original symbol?). Does that also depend on Old or New Models?

I bought my Canada goose chiliwack bomber on March 2020. The newer jackets, some of them don’t have the blue tag.

my two fake coats have all tags, holograms, clean leaves on badge, engraved buckle on hood, thick down, ykk zippers and thick fur. I honestly cannot tell they are fake but I bought them from China

With all due respect, you’re wrong. The tags vary with the year produced as the older ones had tags that were all separate. The newer ones do have the tag and hologram in the bag. Cheers!

Not really, in person a fake is easy enough to spot. But in a photo its hard. Thats why these bastards get away with selling their bullshit stuff over the internet, and then the poor person is out the money, and stuck with a piece of crap that happens to have a patch that is very similar to Canda Goose coat. But a patch doesn't keep you warm.

The fur is not likely dog or cat on the fake - more likely it would be rabbit, at least that would be the likely scenario if the fake were made in China.

mine looks like the real one in this video, the zipper doesn't have the goose and the logo on the inside is the newer version, however, it doesn't have the hologram, what does that indicate because it has all the signs of a newer model.

Well i do not agree at all on this video cause here (in Sweden) Cg has been worn by many since 20-25 yrs back and these older jacket does not have hologram for example and its very easy to spot a fake Goose jacket from the older models but the new ones its much harder. Much much harder… these Chilliwacks were very easy to spot fakes before on vintage models. I own Chilliwacks wich are bought in store for 400$ (cheaper then)… and they are real but here you calling them fakes. Sorry but i dont agree on this. 😉
