    LOVE, LOVE your wonderful channel and such great instructions. If I were to use chenille to make a lap blanket is there any reason I couldn’t do the pattern in the other direction…chain going vertical? I’m thinking I should cast on an odd number so the left and right edge will be a nice chain? You’ve been such a god send for me right now and so appreciate you sharing your expertise and knowledge, thank you!

    • @BeCozi
      @BeCozi  3 года назад +1

      Thank you Sue! You can definitely knit it in the other directions. You will need to cast on more stitches as this pattern is making a blanket that is more narrow

      Its not overpriced, it is expensive wool. You can but regular bulky yarn at any craft store, take 10 strings together and you will have the same bulky yarn

    • @BeCozi
      @BeCozi  7 лет назад

      I am using Merino wool, it is pretty expensive yarn. Cheaper version: super chunky vegan yarn or chenille yarn at becozi.net. Vegan yarn looks and feels like Merino but it is much cheaper. Chenille yarn is thinner but very soft and even cheaper than Merino and vegan yarn.
