Thank you so much! The directions and screw labeling that came with this were some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Couldn’t have assembled without this video.
Follow him step by step, he makes it way easier than reading the manual and working. Just play this in the background you’ll get it. Thank you good sir!
This video was excellent! I am so not mechanically inclined and it felt so good to be able to assemble the heater by myself. Yes you can teach a 61 year old woman new tricks! Thank you!
No instructions in my box, and I couldn't find them online (lots of similar models, but different enough that I wanted the specific ones that matched my model). When I froze the video and saw the same sku # as the one I need to put together, I was so happy! Your walk through was great, your captions/warnings were super, and let's face it, your shoes that we could see around 25:50 were awesome! I need to find a pair like that :) Thank you so much for this video.
Our Florida temp is going down to 18° tonight, WE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THAT! WE ARE NOT PREPARED! I live in a tiny home and my electric does NOT support more than 1 heater without blowing a breaker!! THANK YOU FOR THIS TUTORIAL, THIS WILL KEEP MY DOGS & I FROM FREEZING TO DEATH 2NITE!! I APPRECIATE YOUR DETAILS and THOROUGHNESS on assembly!! I have never done anything like this, without your tutorial, our night would be UNBEARABLE & DANGEROUS! AGAIN, THANK YOU!
Thank you so much!!! Perfect instructions, got it together super easy without any issues. I hope the company will compensate you in some way. Be safe brother!
One step not mentioned (at least I didn't catch it if you did cover it, my apologies if you did), in the states this unit comes with a "AAA" battery that goes under the ignition button. Just unscrew it, insert the battery (+ facing where your thumb will be) and screw it back on. Great video, thanks for posting!
This was great - thank you. I watched it step by step and I did one thing differently. I assembled the upper pole to the lower pole, then stood it upside-down and held it in place be putting two chairs on either side of it, then I attached the three base support units to the cylinder itself. Then I flipped it over and attached it to the base. The base support units are so much lighter then the two poles, so I think this is easier when you do not have an extra set of hands to help you.
Purchased a similar Hampton Bay heater recently. My heater had a weighted base and no attachment brackets or those three vertical supports. My heater had a set of wheels mounted on the side of the base which is nice. Burner assembly and vertical poles were the same. One very annoying thing was the plastic shrink wrap was placed on the cylinder that encloses the tank first. Then all the pop rivets and any other hardware were then placed. So it leaves you with plastic wrap pieces that must be picked off ! Otherwise seems to be a decent heater for what I paid on sale, $99 plus tax. Thanks for the video.
Just note ... I did remove bottom black weight to fill w sand. This allowed me to bend bottom deck supports and invert them to sustain weighted base for a more aesthetic quality look. I did use long screw drivers to support weighted base as i attached it. And the results were far better for wind control and spacing. This black base is in the diagram and suggests water as well. But it will make a difference to sustain top heavy heater should the wind arise at your gathering.
I put together the patio heater. It turns on and is emanating heat but It’s giving me a humming noise when it is on high. Not sure what is causing this? Any ideas / suggestions from anyone?
This was perfect. My heater didn't come with any instructions. This video walked me step by step. Thank you

Excellent video I was able to complete it without asking my son to come help me
Your demonstration was very helpful. Thank you
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for this. I assemble things for various home depots and do much better when following instructions using a video. Good explanations.
Just followed your video step by step and this was the easiest assemble I’ve done as a result. Thank you so much for the great tutorial!!!
Glad it helped! We've been very pleased with it so far
Awesome video! I
ended up going to the hardware store and buying slightly longer bolts for the heat reflector- saved me a lot of aggravation!
Thanks for the detailed video! Only needed myself as you said. Followed it and it made it a piece of cake!
Great to hear! That's the kind of comment that makes my day! I still can't get over how much heat it thumps out!
Well done sir, thank you
Loved the voice most of all to be honest.

Well done. Very helpful. Thanks.
Thanks for everything
Do you have a video on how to replace the regulator hose? Ours has a leak and is not working :(
Great help

Hello is there any way to anchor it for people who live in windy areas?
Thank you!!!

Please let us know when you figure it out. This thing is basically a propane grill with a long stem... never heard a grill humm.
How is the heat? How far can you feel it in a cold night?
It's very good even in below zero temps
Thank you so much
Thanks 🙏🏼
Thank you sir
Mine won’t start. The ignition button just stays depressed and gas spews out.
You have to unscrew the ignition button and the battery that came with the package. Place inside there, then twist it back on and push the button.
I'm using "it's a pig of a job to do " 😂
Thank You so much!! If it was not for your video instructions my Husband would have been in trouble. lol . Thank you again
