It's a great Wear OS2 watch. Fast, responsive, I use it with a Pixel 6 Pro and the combination of the two is super. Taking calls and getting texts and notifications work well. The battery life is exceptional. Some of the Tic Health apps are not as accurate as they could be, but good enough for me. Anxiously awaiting Wear OS3 as this watch is slated to receive the update. Thanks for a great review on the watch I already own!

Can you use other apps than the tic ones? Like can you uninstall those and use Google fit or something?
@@stewiecall97 you can use Google Fit for some fitness applications, and Ticwatch apps will share data with others like Strava. Just don't expect accurate measurements.
@@ChuckTipton How inaccurate are we talking? On either app suite I mean, are the sensors not very good?
@@stewiecall97 depends on the app. The sleep app is terrible. The step count is so-so. Can't comment on sensor versus app issues however Google fit seems to generally be more accurate. The Ultra is a great watch, but it's not Garmin or Fitbit level fitness tracking accuracy.
I got it for $209 on Prime Day. I use it with my iPhone 13 Mini. Since I have a-fib, I got it primarily for the IHB detection--you're right, the Bluetooth connection is not always consistent. I get less than two days' use in smart mode, although charging while showering helps extend this. Sleep monitoring is haphazard--good some nights, terrible others, although this is one of the few smartwatches that will actually monitor daytime sleep (nice for us night shift workers). I use a third app, Google Fit, for my running--I find the TicExercise/Mobvoi app wonky. If it weren't for IHB detection, overall I would probably prefer my Garmin Instinct (the Garmin Connect app is one of the best)...although the AMOLED touchscreen is nice, and easier to read with my aging eyes.

Can you make a detailed video of calling feature?
Like normally I wear earbuds & they are connected to my phone, so when someone calls me and if I answer the call from my watch, so will the audio from the person calling me will come through the earbuds or the watch? And during an ongoing call do we have an option to change the audio from watch to phone and vice-versa, from the watch itself, or will i have to pull out my phone from the pocket to do so?

Yes you can. Switching it to always on display. The battery life is significantly reduced though
With wear os3 can u now answer calls or respond to notifications on the watch with an iPhone?

Hi ... can't get the touch screen to enable. Just got the watch and the touch screen was working fine yesterday but next day can not get the lock off the touch screen! Any ideas ? thanks

I've seen people experiencing issues after taking this watch to swimming with them...Is it true?
I can't say if it is true as I don't swim. But I do wear everyday and get it submerged regularly and have so far no problems.

Yes it track heart rate and sleep not a bp or ecg reader which may come in the future

CAUTION: DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH. This RUclips Channel is presenting a faulty product. The software is wonky, plus why would you ever buy a smartwatch in the first place? I am throwing my Mobvoi Ticwatch Pro 3 Ultra into the trash and buying a Seiko, which tells the time. The rest is always available on a phone. And why would you add yet another device that requires charging???
