So here we are, fully obsessed with Rainfall Projects, binge watching this guy. I think I need a intervention. Simply the best channel on YT. I know, I own it. Lol
As my older brother is laying in the hospital more than likely dying at this very moment, I find myself feeling at least some comfort in getting to watch one of your truly calming and masterful videos about a welder closet. I just wanted to say thank you for doing what you do sir. I truly do appreciate it.
Ryan Sides Hey I really appreciate this comment, man that means a lot. I hope you are doing alright and I’m honored you can find a little bit of solace in my dumb videos. Take care. Drake sends his best as well.
The only thing better than this build is looking around the barn and remembering previous projects ( the barn doors, railing, welding table, lights, the van...etc) and then to top it off with a Drake cameo appearance. Love it!
Go Cougs! I worked at the computing center from 1977 through 2007 at WSU. The best job I had and they paid me to play with computers. And the best area to live in I have found. We live on a small farm just north of Pullman.
I'm not sure how long the old algorithm has been recommending you, for a good while. Stupidly I scrolled right past, one day I made the mistake of watching one of your videos, im hooked. You are one clever talented fella
I have the same lock on my front door. No need to put the code in when locking it - just hit the lock button and twist it. The lock knows it’s position and only needs the code when unlocking. Great build and great channel!!!
This was a cool project! I like when you mix wood and metal. Great work and love the videos. I have that same lock and you should not need to put the code in to lock. Just push the “schlage” button (should turn green), the turn the lock!
old jake is not running after the tennis ball like he used to. But still a very important part of the videos. lol. i love watching your projects. thank you.
Your videos are about the only ones I watch the sponsor ad placement in without ff'ing it because you are always making something while you talk about the sponsor, lol. Good job! ;) Oh and I have that same lock on my house and you don't have to put the code in to lock it, just press the top button and you can lock it. You only need the code to unlock it. ;)
I'm in awe! Great job! BTW, with those Schlage locks, you can just punch the top SCHLAGE button to engage the deadbolt. Don't have to punch in the code first every time. I had mine a couple years before I figured that out. It was probably spelled out right in that paper thingy that came with it (I think they're called "Instructions") but I didn't read'em. Keep up the amazing, inspirational work!
I need one of these but just a rectangle frame with oregon ducks logo. This is an amazing display of many trades and i truly enjoyed every second of this video. Masterful job!!
i always enjoy the extra effort you take. It shows throughout your projects. I had the pleasure to work with a few people like that. You never had to feel like anything was left undone.
Love the door, if the glue doesn't work you can always cut the heads off some bolts and weld them to the back of the sign. Then drill wholes through to the backing plate and just bolt them on.
Hey I really loved this project. You are so talented, great execution and very enjoyable to watch. I really hope you read my concern, though, which is this: if you go around your house and look at every closet, you'll notice there is a doorknob on the inside, just in case! Yes you have built an awesome overbuilt welder cabinet, but if a child, or heck, even a grown man somehow accidently gets locked inside, they will probably die in there with no way to get out. I'd take the time to install the inside deadbolt thumbturn!
you know... when someone starts talking about sponsor spots, I usually skip through them, to get back to the content. No bad intent, just I'm watching so much RUclips that I see them over and over (the advertisers). But since you do something different every time, and you actually build stuff, I hang out and watch those parts too. More creators should do this. Great job, keep it up!
One of my favorite videos so far! The level of thought and effort that goes into each of your projects is inspiring. You're the reason I bought my welder and continue to explore building and making things. Thanks man.
So now for the rest of we commoners who do not have a cnc table, we go to the channel with the guy in his back yard working under a tarp with saw horses... LOL Great build man. Gave me several ideas.
Beautiful craftsmanship... you are an artist. Love your style, ideas and videos. I'm already waiting for the next video... Keep up the good work. Greeting from a Norwegian 🇧🇻 subscriber
Great job! You need hinge side security pins, so if the hinges are cut off the door can’t be opened from the hinge side. Just weld three hardened 1/2” dia.x 3/4” long rods at the top, center and bottom of the hinge edge of the door. Once welded put some lipstick on the end of each rod and close the door gently against the jamb leg as far as it will go. Open the door and drill three corresponding holes where the lipstick shows up on the jamb leg. This will protect like a vault door against a hinge side attack.
That is a very good closet, your welders must feel very secure. BTW i love the way you make your videos. Good quality, just the right amount of detail, narration is perfect and music for accent while notbeing afraid of silence. It was cool that you mentioned the rain which tied this video into the name of your channel. Also i like the way the name of the channel sets your priorty as farm work fist. Additionally you are a great example of the versatility of a farmer.
A tip for you if you haven't figured it out already. I have the same lock. To lock it, you don't have to put the code in, just push the big button at the top and then turn the knob. The code is just for unlocking it. The big button also lights up the buttons at night.
You could put a Fixed deadbolt ( a pin-not a livebolt lock) in the hinge side of the door that fits into a hole in the frame. Look at photos of safe doors, they do just that to prevent the doors from being lifted off the frames when closed.
I love everything about these videos. The quiet and calm way you talk. The quality of your work and the beauty of what you produce.
Totally agree!
Couldn’t agree more. Sums it up exactly.
nailed it !
Right. There’s something about his voice. It really is relaxing.
Brilliant
"This is the LockPickingLawyer and what I have for you today..."
haha give him 30 sec and he in lol
Just lift the hinges off, right?
I mean just cut the hinges off with a angle grinder but that lock core is terrible so you can probably rake it open in no time.
a crowbar and a little push is faster... is not a security door.
He lives out in the middle of no where he should not have any problems if he does have problems heaven help all of us
"and I'm really lucky about it cause it's getting heavier and havier"
- rainfall projects 2020, who is building everything like a solid tank
Built heavy becauses its cheap metal,
Akira no just no
3:36 I love how the welder is watching as it helps you build its home.
Measure once, cut twice... story of my life.

There is absolutely nothing more satisfying than overbuilding something.
The only thing better than this build is looking around the barn and remembering previous projects ( the barn doors, railing, welding table, lights, the van...etc) and then to top it off with a Drake cameo appearance. Love it!
Glad to see a Coug in the heart of Beaver and Duck territory. Also glad to see this is one of your highest viewed uploads. Good work.
The only channel I don't skip the ads.
SkillShare should double whatever they pay for RUclips sponsorship. The only ads I watch in full.
Go Cougs! I worked at the computing center from 1977 through 2007 at WSU. The best job I had and they paid me to play with computers. And the best area to live in I have found. We live on a small farm just north of Pullman.
In a weird way, I feel like I’ve grown up with this barn. It’s so awesome to see it change over time. Thanks for the video, Justin!
Liked for the Cougs, subscribed for the overbuilding.

“I changed the code after this video, so don’t even think about it” 🤣🤣🤣 love the creativity and workmanship you put into these!
That is the best pry bar work I've ever seen
I have the same lock on my front door.
No need to put the code in when locking it - just hit the lock button and twist it. The lock knows it’s position and only needs the code when unlocking.
Great build and great channel!!!
Came here to say this! True!
This was a cool project! I like when you mix wood and metal. Great work and love the videos.
I have that same lock and you should not need to put the code in to lock. Just push the “schlage” button (should turn green), the turn the lock!
CMC - I came here to say the same thing!
old jake is not running after the tennis ball like he used to. But still a very important part of the videos. lol. i love watching your projects. thank you.
Enjoyed the part where he addressed the issue of decorating the door, and acknowledging his alma matter was not represented .
This is a good day. New rainfall project video. New This old Tony video. Life is good.
Your videos are about the only ones I watch the sponsor ad placement in without ff'ing it because you are always making something while you talk about the sponsor, lol. Nice work. Go Cougs!!!
Always a good time when Rainfall uploads. One of my favorite budding youtube channels
Oh look a nice place to store my welding equipment.
On this episode I'm going to be building a vault.
to store your drill bits of course.
I'm in awe! Great job! BTW, with those Schlage locks, you can just punch the top SCHLAGE button to engage the deadbolt. Don't have to punch in the code first every time. Go Cougs!!! Great video. Wizzing logo was icing on the cake.
Go Cougs! Awesome video. Nice to see a little WSU love.
Go Cougs! From Class of 2005. And great video, glad I found your channel.
And one year to the day, I finally get to see this video. Awesome build, RP!
I have said it before and I will say it again! Your ad spots are awesome and each one could be a project video on its own!
B-E-A-utiful (said in ace ventura voice)
Insanely overbuilt door - love it!
I got to say, the level of craftsmanship is right up there. Fantastic
Wow, you really do over engineer stuff you build but your welders certainly will be safe in there, excellent work & attention to detail!
Excellent video. What a pleasure to see your honesty. We all come shy of our measurements. We adjust and move on. Cheers from France.
Hello
This is the art of quality and workmanship
Love the door, if the glue doesn't work you can always cut the heads off some bolts and weld them to the back of the sign. Then drill wholes through to the backing plate and just bolt them on.
Now that's a great looking closet! The door is even strong enough to hang things on the inside.
WSU = Welder Storage Unit. Go Butch!
@Richard Dryfist (Lux) sit, Harry, sit.
Yours are the only ads I DONT skip. So creative and entertaining! Thanks for always putting so much effort into your videos

The door can be opened from the inside. See 16:03.
Please do not stop
I like your work
Awesome build! GO COUGS, from the Tri=Cities Wa.
Go Cougars!
I wish I could find a barn and have it laid out like his.... I love that barn. Great work
I miss these types of videos from you man. Great work.
This video came up on my "recommend" feed. I am glad it did. I'm spending my Sunday watching your videos. Thank you!
I love watching your creations, especially when you put twists on them, like here with the alma mater and so on. Really nice job.👍😋

Great project and video. The steel inlay was very nice.
I just wanted to say "You go the whole nine yards and then some" really enjoy your videos, keep making them you have a lot of talent. Good luck
Wow! What a great idea to keep items safe and tidy! I like the easy entrance you have from the side, now I'm looking at my staircase :)

Very nice vault door build! The inlay logo is a fantastic idea, maybe a bit of color just on the logo to enhance your Alma Mater ?
and the winner of best barn ever goes to......
Your videos reduce my anxiety so much :D
Always enjoy the projects you choose to share, the quality of production, and can both appreciate and relate to the down home vibe. Keep 'em coming!
Always enjoy your videos! Wish you had time to make more!
This channel is awesome! Even the advertising is cool to watch 😁👍🏽

Watching this in Spokane seemed very appropriate.
I love the look of plywood walls given the right application. Looks great!
Go Cougs! That is way over built and it's awesome. Keep up the great work and uploads.
great build, great quality. thx 4 sharing
greets from germany
That looks very awesome! Nice work👍

It was nice to see some plasma table action! The useful at the service of the creativity!
Hello from Victoria Australia, thank you for your very entertaining video.

You are an Absolute Beast Bro!! The attention to detail along with innovation and great craftsmanship made for some great content. Good Shhhtuff!!!
Ovekill is under rated!!!
Wow! Loved how the logo was scribed into the face. Also, angle iron mitre joint game strong.
Good Grief! I've been a Security Guard at an old RAF ammo depot and their blast doors were thinner.
You are an incredibly talented artist. Thank you for sharing your projects!
Tout simplement PARFAIT !!
Grand respect de la part d'un ouvrier français
👍👍
That is one fine looking door. Really fine.
I love watching you build stuff
Go Cougs!!
I always thought the W. State head looked like a screaming snail.
Great work, very nice.
It was designed to be used as a bottle opener
