Today was back day & after watching this video I decided instead of doing all machines to do some free weight tbar rows & it was amazing! Thank you for the inspiration!
@@MMAoracle people on TRT or no TRT don't walk around with that much muscle. Look at Guy and others who return to more sensible size when you drop the dose.
@@wd6358 assuming he was on test enanthate or cypionate that would have been out of his system after a month or so. But I agree that it’s sort of insane to look like that and «get stronger» on a test level that surely must be nuked after 15 years of blasting gear. It’s weird. Let’s see what he looks like in a month. Surely he’s gonna lose quite a bit of size and strength.
Need a Brett Wilken or Martin Fitzwater video after this to wake me up. Jesus they are dimmer and lower energy than they were a year ago. Sheesh. 💤😴 I donno how anyone can watch these
@ChrisBumstead-expanding on the cardio thing and what you mentioned in the video; when i turned 42, my mission was to well, get as jacked as possible and keep and even add mass while on a light deficit; During that phase, I stuck to fasted cardio because nothing can beat it while on paper. However, being older and wiser, I woke up a few mornings like death as my last few meals will deplete anyone and I said to myself, nope! no way, this can be productive and I just heard Gregg Doucette's voice in my head, calories in, calories out. I had no option but to do cardio in the evenings after a few good meals. So, your thinking is right, yes as a bodybuilder you have to turn off feelings at times to train while hungry or cut off food , however, certain times do require some thought and the cardio thing to me makes sense. Don't always doubt your instincts.
Hi chris i'm your korean big fan I hope you visit Korea because a lot of people very very like you even people who don't work out know you well Koreans love you sooooo much
I never pushed really far in size but I got up to 225ish (5’9) when I was on, came off slowly and honestly I kept majority of my size and I had little to no mental issues (that I didn’t already have.) I’m not as conditioned as I use to be but I’m also way less consistent. Busy building a business and family stuff. But when I go back to the gym. I can easily shoot back up to the 200s (usually sit 170-180). From what I’ve found it’s pretty much once you modify the body like that it’s like a semi permanent muscle, it’ll deflate but remember how to get that big again (if that makes sense). This is what I’ve found from research in a very laymen perspective.
@ChrisBumstead When it comes to floor work, shouldn't we be following the consensus that rowing and standing gives a thicker waist? It has given me some feed back, I have cancelled them off. The best advise I can give is use the Penata row you did at the start, then next week do the same thing while sat in front of a cable station where your wrist can stay much closer to edge of your body and you can most likely fully supernate it and then if you really want Dumbells, do a giant set with them where the mid back is already pre-exhausted or giant set with rope pull downs and you will require way less load and less effect on your waistline. I believe Nick Walker not doing floor work or even Wesley kind of makes sense. My very last comment on this vioeo; nautilus pull down is the same as the Penatta and dumbell rows you did, my next question is, what is responsible for giving you the width on your lats you currently have today because I noticed there are no lat pull downs in your routines any longer, no mag grips, no traditional wide bar cable variations?
Holy Fkin Shiet youre a monster my dude 😳 this last year sadly a lot has happened that has taken me away from the gym and even watching content, today was my first day back in about a year and you know the first thing I'm doing is throwing on a CBUM video 💪 am I crazy or have you seriously doubled in size in the last year?!?!? Did you leave classic?!?

@ChrisBumstead as prep draws in, you may try to cheat your way through prep by thinking like an old man when it comes to training splits; So, I noticed you are looking sharp, not sure if you are having cheat meals regularly but if you are, use it wisely with the big body parts. also, not a bad idea splitting things up through out the week as smaller parts can be done briefly but intensely such as walking in and do biceps while fresh, triceps, traps and abs and so on. As you lose energy or deplete faster during training, no need to have minor but important parts at the end. Hope this helps.
House / garage tour? I would like for you to talk about every car you had, I hardly see them in the videos but I feel like I have seen you in 8 different vehicles.
the reason why your hair line straight is because when you go you haftoo take a picture or the idea of how you want it, if not they will just draw you a line. That clinic on Turkey is one of the cheapest ones they just focus on marketing and not quality hair transplant
