My favorites are the paper towels and the crepe paper.
Fantastic. I have heard of gel plates. I have wanted to get a gel plate. BUT, I had no idea what to do with them - until now. I can see using these as backgrounds on cards, to make tags with, for journal cards and pages, so much to do!
Oh man - it is addictive once you get started. There are so many possibilities!
Very creative and inspirational. Thank you!
Loving your channel! So creative. So unique! Genius! Thanks for sharing your time and talent!

Thank you for sharing all those wonderful ideas. I loved this video!
Loved all your papers. New subbie. Some other ideas I was thinking- bubble wrap, lace, materials, embssing folders, plastic wrap, foil balled up, glasses, forks, cardboard(seperated to use the waffled insides), non soapy scrubbing pads, paint brush, tooth brush, old bristled hair curlers, fan chain pulls, bike chains, small chain, gauze, The list is endless.
The list really is endless! That's the best part, so much inspiration all around :)
Such beautiful patterns and color combinations
Thank you so much!!
Wow, so many great ideas. I would never have thought of most of these, and some of them I already have in my house. Thanks so much for this lovely demonstration!
Hi Shawna! I found this video on Pinterest, and am a new subscriber-I can’t wait to find more great ideas on your channel!🌻
I'm totally late but - Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed :)
I love the ideas. What kind of paint are you using? And what medium are you putting it on that green thing that you're putting it on what is that?
Hi Sue, I am using Dina Wakley Acrylic Paint and am applying it on my 5x7 gel plate. Now that you're asking I realize I left all of these items out of the description, duh! I will add them, thanks :)
This might be a silly question, that I'll 100% blame on being excruciatingly tired, but what do you do with the sheets once they're done? Or is the process more important than the outcome? My first video of yours was the last gel plate one you did and I can't wait to try my hand at it as soon as I can. In the meantime, I will just enjoy watching you create some awesome art 🎨 😍
Hi there! No...trust me...that is a great question, one that I ask myself often LOL - but I tend to use the sheets in the same ways one would use scrapbook papers or other decorative papers - As card or journal backgrounds, embellishments, to cover journals, collage etc. You can use all sorts of papers on the gel plate and the plates come in many sizes so the paper used and the size of the print will probably dictate a lot about the final use. But, also, the process is a part of it for me. I love splattering paint and rolling it and pulling it off and trying new items on it. I find it cathartic! Hope that helps some and thank you so much for your kind words :)
@@CreatedandMadeStudios This is honestly the best answer ever! You put into words how I feel about starting this. Yes, use the papers, but just enjoy the craft for no other reason than having fun creating 😍😍
Wonderful, l noticed on your play doug video you waited a bit in between laying another coat down and time you left paper on it to print. Is this necessary? I just love your videos!! Thank You!
Hi there! When you put the paint on the plate that you are using to pull the print, you do not have to wait to put the paper on (was that your question? sorry if I misunderstood!)
Question-can I do this directly on card stock or do I need to use a thinner paper? I love all these ideas and I can’t wait to try them! You are very creative and talented. Thanks!
Hi there! You can do this on any paper except photo paper. Something in photo paper makes it stick to the plate and can damage it. But, everything else is fair game, including cardstock. Some glossy cardstock may be sticky like the photo paper but not enough to do damage. Thank you!!
what paint is that from the squeeze bottle?
Hello! Sorry I am so late but those are Dina Wakley's acrylic paints. There are a couple of links in the description :)
How many different colors do you have from DW
Hi there! I'm pretty sure I have them all. I don't think I went through all of them in this video but I have them and enjoy them :)
@@CreatedandMadeStudios I use golden they don’t have as many cool colors and I haven’t had much time to try mixing then
What’s the name of the paints you are using here? Ty
