- In this video, I will show you how to create these beautiful quilt pattern cards using the Blackberry Beauty DSP and the Eden's Garden DSP. It is super easy and a great way to use up your scraps!

Hi, Lisa! Watched the video just now on YT without any problems. Sorry you had such a frustrating time with the internet, but the cards turned out beautiful anyway. I think my favorite is the one that features the DSP in the Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen color combination. I really like the gold center in each design and how you embossed the panel.

🎶L💖VE THEM BOTH!!! 🎶 The gold in the dsp and the center of the card really makes the whole card pop! No freezing up on the replay. Wanted to catch this before we leave the house to shop for stuff for 100 Operation Christmas Child boxes that our Bible Study Groups are putting together. LOTS of Christmas projects to get done, and so little time to do them! I'm gonna have to get stingy with my time between now and Christmas or I'll never make it. Thanks so much! I just upgraded today to the higher speed so hopefully that will fix it. I think they have a scam going. You pay for high speed but it's really not so you have to upgrade to get the one that works....crazy.

BLESS YOUR LITTLE HEART, Lisa, for your tenacity in “stickin’ w/the video” in spite of the technology issues!!! :-))))))))) I’m watching the replay on Friday morn on RUclips w/my java!! So happy to “still hear your laughter throughout it all”! I was THRILLED that you did BOTH of the cards w/us! I LOVE BOTH of the DSPs n’ the DESIGN is FANTASTIC!!! :-))). I really liked the other two quilt cards w/the squares and the strips as well but THIS IS AWESOME!!! GREAT TIPS w/the lining up of the EF to get placement of the flower “just right”, n’ making sure the Gold Center Square is perfect as well. YAY! So helpful! I like BOTH designs, with and without the bow on the Blackberry Beauty DSP. Wondering how Gold Cord for a “just a bow, no wrap around” would be on the Book Spine area???!!! Then the embossed flower would still be seen nicely! Just a thought! The ribbon certainly works well on the Evening Evergreen version! I can imagine how lovely the WINK looks on the card, too! I LOVE ‘EM ALL!! DEFINITELY love the stamped image on the inside, too! :-))). Next, do it on the envelopes! But ONLY if the Internet connections are co-operating!! :-)))))). I’m a BIG FAN of this “fold” and I LOVE that the DSP is showcased so beautifully!! TFS n’ HAPPY STAMPIN’ n’ CREATIN’ n’ “STICKIN’ W/IT”! Sending SMILES from Madison, WI! :-)))))))))))). I always like your input. Yes maybe a zfold. I don’t really have any thanksgiving sets. I borrowed the pumpkin one from my downline. Everyone is doing Eden’s garden! I got the new set from onstage so maybe I’ll use that. I need to use up some Christmas paper too. I want to do a 10 cards in 20 min easy Christmas card.
@@stampingwithlisa I’m sure you’ll come up w/a GREAT design, my friend! I’ve seen some easy but interesting folds on RUclips that I want to try~~they look easy but I’ll try first n’ let you know! I think it’d work REALLY WELL w/your Christmas papers (or any DSP)! Also, ALCOHOL INKS ON VELLUM is SO COOL and makes some beautiful backgrounds! The Vellum dries quickly so that’s a good feature for video work! Add some FOIL accents n’ sentiments~~VOILA! PRETTY CARDS for ANY OCCASION! I’d also seen an idea from Karen Titus using a piece of DSP (forgot measurement of DSP but will check n’ get back to you), cut up in “weird” shape, placed on card, add sentiment stamped directly to card base n’ DONE! DSP piece can be placed in different areas so you get different “looks” but it’s “4 CARDS IN ONE” so to speak! (HARD to explain!) It’s a good one for QUICK but interesting card! Girl, I sure wish we lived closer so I could “show you” the ideas, too! STILL, VERY HAPPY that we at least ONLINE friends! :-)))))

Hi Lisa. Caught the replay on You Tube. These really are gorgeous cards. My favorite color is green so of course the green card is my favorite 😀. Sometimes I like to make the card bases and leave the sentiment off until I need a card. I really appreciate cards like this that can fit any occasion. I made a couple of cards using your other quilting patterns and really liked the way they turned out. Thank you so much for the inspiration. Yup. Technology is so great when it works but when it doesn’t 🙁. You’re one patient lady. I’d have probably said, “Nope. I’m outta here.”

Never seen Welcome Woods? Is it Stampin Up ? Is it a old set? Can you send me photo? I like the font of words.
Yes it’s in the holiday mini. I’ve done several videos with it. It has a group of trees just like the embossing folder we used to have. Just search for welcoming woods on RUclips
