I love watching your Knotts videos. It seems like, for the most part, they get the food and drink options right. Decent sized portions and a reasonable price!

My wife and I still have a geode from our first trip together like 8 years ago! The way Knott's truly interacts with you is unmatched, from the geodes, to the panning for "gold", to all the random interactions. And the cast always really immerses you! I am def biased about Knotts lmao

Love Knott's. Grew up in SoCal and visited many times over the years. Got to see the Roaring 20's section in summer of 1975. Beary Tales was so new, it still smelled like paint and spray adhesive. Good job folks!
I absolutely love boysenberries (count 1). I started ordering products from the grandkids of the originator of the boysenberry (count 2), Rudy Boysen. I just love this berry more than any other. Thanks for sharing!
I have never been there. Of course I don’t normally go to California when I go on vacation either so that might be the issue, lol. However, seeing y’all at this particular festival makes me want to go there during this time specifically for this festival. I have other RUclips channels that I watch of individuals who live in Southern California. One of those channels is actually all about going to arcades and playing arcade games and playing claw machines and playing games at festivals. One festival they always go to every year is this one at Knotts. I have been watching this festival and the things that it has to offer for several years now. Every time I see this festival it makes me want to go there even more. I don’t know if it really feels this way in person but through y’alls videos and others I’ve seen it kind of has a home like atmosphere where people genuinely seem friendly. The food and the many options that you have to choose from looks outstanding. I like the fact that they are incorporating the star of the show, the reason for the festival, with all these different dishes and the majority of these dishes seem like they were well thought out. Also, it seems like the portions that you’re given, food or drink, are very decent in size. It does not seem like they give you one tiny scoop or a shot glass of something and charge you $10. Too many other places have festivals that charge high prices for practically nothing. Also, these other festivals that charge these crazy prices for basically nothing a lot of times seem like they’re more concerned about the presentation of it on the plate than they are the flavor of it. I really enjoy watching all your videos. However, I get so excited when I see a video go up and y’all are at Knotts for one of the festivals. So many people cover Disney World and Disneyland and Universal Studios but some of these other places like Knotts aren’t covered as much. The only thing that I would like to see is when you go to the different booths to get the different food and drink items I wish you would say what the price would be if you just walked up to buy it. It’s nice to know how much the different items are that y’all are eating. Like at Epcot I’ve learned that if you’re going to buy something that allows you to get so many food options at one of their festivals you really need to get items that are over a certain dollar amount to actually make it worth getting. If all the items you’re getting basically are under that amount then you’re not getting any savings by buying it. That’s why it’s nice to know how much each item happens to be so you know ahead of time what’s the best option for yourself. Thank you again for all these wonderful videos. I can’t wait until the next one!
Hi Kathleen 🍇💕 the entire festival costs $45 including parking and 5 food or drink items. The items aren’t individually for sale unless you want a bigger size of the alcoholic beverages and not the sample size that comes with the $45 tasting card. Hope that makes sense! If you finish all your items and still wanna buy more I think all the items are around $5 or so, but trust me you won’t be hungry enough to do that 😂
So love the streetmospehere characters there. Makes that place feel so welcome every time seeing them on here. An add a level of more enjoyment of this festival. This place has been added to our Cali vacation when we go, because of your vlogs of it.

Super late kitra lol but the next festival if you do get a plant you can have it potted but just transfers to a large size to allow to the roots to stretch!!

We are going to Knotts this weekend for the event. Definitely had to watch your video. You both are so awesome! Since Peter is a connoisseur of Mai Tai’s if you ever go to San Diego and have not gone to Bali Hai restaurant located in Shelter Island you should definitely try the Mai Tai there. That’s there staple and they will only allow 2 since they are known for being so strong. Thank you for all of your videos.
Taste of Boysenberry Festival had such amazing ambiance & decor! I loved the purple overload! I agree, that aqua fresca is so good! Also, that chicken & apple sausage was the highlight for me out of all the foods! Glad you two had an awesome time! 🍇🤠 You both set the record for thee most ‘boysenberry count’ haha!

Love that you get the Mayor to do your intros! So fun. When you showed the "deep fried" bao bun it just looked like a regular baked bao bun which is traditional to find in Asian cuisine. I love seeing the Knotts festivals and didn't know this was going on until I saw your video but for not am prioritizing Disney's festival since I haven't been there in so long. Hope to go to Knotts' next one though as though I like boysenberry beer I'm not the biggest on the flavor in almost every dish.

I was 6 minutes shy of releasing my experience of Knotts Boysenberry Festival before yours. I'm glad you guys show cased the Geode Shop as it is a favorite of ours to shop at. We also bought a Geode to have cut open. Sad Eye Joe asked me the same question about my camera and I had an answer for him. I'm glad you guys took the extra time to edit as Kitra did an excellent job with editing. Love your videos! You guys are great. Love your videos, especially the park reviews. You provide great information, including pricing. Your food and drink reviews are enticing, but trying to diet , and to eat healthier is difficult with the food offers at most of the parks. That said I would love to see a review of healthy food choices you recommend at the parks from drinks to deserts. Thank you
Wow never been there for the festival but it was certainly one of my first theme parks i ever visited along with Disneyland. I think i went to Disneyland then knotts! I remember panning for gold. That corn does look freakin amazing! Wow
Knotts does so many things right from the food to its character interaction, and then add the overall cost... I rather go to Knotts for overall experience for theme park fun. Obviously living in Cali we have so many choices,’and all the others are fun, but Knotts doesn’t disappoint.
Knotts is fantastic. I wish I loved rollercoasters more than I do. I like the rides and ip better at universal but Knotts makes up for that with their effort and value.
What an intro! The mayor of Calico is awesome. As for the boysenberry counter. I'm gonna guess an average rate of 5 times per minute, over a 30 minute video. So about 150 "boysenberries" lol.
The fried bao buns are called Zha (fried) Man Tou. We have it in Singapore and you dip it into the Chilli Crab sauce - it is a dish Singapore is known for!

I will say that for this festival the boysenberry festival was more subtle in all the dishes than previous years

I was 6 minutes shy of releasing my experience of Knotts Boysenberry Festival before yours. I'm glad you guys show cased the Geode Shop as it is a favorite of ours to shop at. We also bought a Geode to have cut open. Sad Eye Joe asked me the same question about my camera and I had an answer for him. I'm glad you guys took the extra time to edit as Kitra did an excellent job with editing. Love your videos! You guys are great. I loved it when Peter decided he wasn't going to redo the take with the Boysenberry Aqua Fresca. Always classic Ordinary Adventures.

Your food and drink reviews are enticing, but trying to diet , and to eat healthier is difficult with the food offers at most of the parks. That said I would love to see a review of healthy food choices you recommend at the parks from drinks to deserts. Thank you
We’d love to do that once the parks reopen on California. It’s harder to do that when we try foods at limited time festivals

Wow never been there for the festival but it was certainly one of my first theme parks i ever visited along with Disneyland. I think i went to Disneyland then knotts! I remember panning for gold. That corn does look freakin amazing! Wow
Its still a very charming park and they do a great job with their festivals and seasonal events.

Knotts does so many things right from the food to its character interaction, and then add the overall cost... I rather go to Knotts for overall experience for theme park fun. Obviously living in Cali we have so many choices,’and all the others are fun, but Knotts doesn’t disappoint.
Knotts is fantastic. I wish I loved rollercoasters more than I do. I like the rides and ip better at universal but Knotts makes up for that with their effort and value.

The fried bao buns are called Zha (fried) Man Tou. We have it in Singapore and you dip it into the Chilli Crab sauce - it is a dish Singapore is known for!
