I don't know the exact brand off hand, but they were basic hooks, just with a flat bottom rather than curved which keeps it more sturdy. Thanks for watching.
Hi Cathy, thank you! I purchased the shadow boxes online (amazon) and just made some modifications to them. 1) I removed the backing staples 2) cut recess for the flat hooks 3) screwed and glued the hooks in place then 4) lined with background material. The only thing is that for larger displays you might have to add a piece of support wood behind the frame to allow the hooks to handle the weight of your desired display item. Good luck and have fun!
Hi Dennis. Thats a good idea and might work well for some options depending on the size etc. I'd experiment with them and see what works. Keep me posted if you end up using them. Id love to see the results. Take care.
Smart way to improve any collection! Thanks!
Thanks for watching as always Jeff!
This is a great idea. I need to get some of mine framed up. Thanks.
If you do, please post some. I love to see what other people are doing. Thanks for watching!
@@MidwesternFC Will do!
Could you tell what brackets (wall hooks )you use to hang your pistols?

Nice displays...where did you get the shadow boxes or did you make them?

Could rare earth magnets be used to help secure?

I use neodymium magnets behind the cloth.
I bet that looks great without the hooks. Thanks for sharing.
