When you have a 30 years F40 that worth millions with obviously manual shift u have to drive it gently expecially on a drag where a single wrong start could almost burn the clutch. Thats why the chiron vs its pointless n stupid challenge.

If they lost control would they be arrested for vehicular homicide? Or would the crowd be at fault? I wouldn't race with people that close to the track, you could take out a whole family tree in 4 seconds
There was an incident a couple years ago where one of the guys who was involved in one of the big car channels was in a charity race and lost control and injured some folks. It was a mess. Even if it's not his fault (and how do you even judge that, which makes it even messier?), it's a bad thing in every possible way, for everyone involved. These things should be better organized with some safety in mind.

Seeing how quick the SF90 gets off the line against the Chiron, it seems almost unbelievable that the Rimac Nevera would leave both cars dusted....
Not so unbelievable considering it's not a combustible engine which is also why you shouldn't make comparisons, they're different categories of cars.

The SF is an absolute beast and I respect the technology of that thing. But listening to that F40 is an absolute dream. It’ll be a sad day when the last internal combustion engine rolls out of the factory.

The Pur Sport was not designed for speed but to have agility on the track, in the bends... It is the Bugatti Super Sport 300+ which should participate in this kind of acceleration in a straight line.

@Sascha Trojak we care about the track because it was designed with that in mind. It's not a drag car, is a driver's car made to be fast around corners. It is dumb to put a Ferrari against a Bugatti in top speed as it is to put a Bugatti against a Ferrari in a track. Nobody needs 1600 hp in a track if to have them the car weights like a boat...
It's all about the reaction time not about who has the fastest car but 100% I love the way that Ferrari launched due to the driver's reaction was Flawless

yes but the chiron pur sport goes from 0 to 62 mph in 2.3 s while the sf90 in 2.5 s whether it is hybrid or not, the bugatti has acceleration on its side, it's all in the pilot whether he is good at starting well or not
