@@t.m.23 when I listen to music, I listen to it with full concentration. When it's in tbe background, it is about as appealing as muzak, elevator music.

Just amazing. I'm following in my own Bible and listening. It helps me to concentrate and understand better. It's mind blowing when we binge-read the Bible like a novel. That's awesome, I should try the reading along. I usually do a breathing exercise and then turn this on while I meditate sitting up straight with my eyes closed breathing slow and deep. It's pretty cool too. I used to live in So. Cal. So glad Im no longer there. Greetings from N Idaho.🙏
