I will travel this month to Irving, may be from start of next month will need a rental property there, preferably on a budget, suitable to travel to Hackberry for ofc.
Yes I can, I’m actually shooting the colony video next week. We do have tornados here in general but for the most part they aren’t always damaging mostly just heavy winds and hail at times. Maybe once every 3 years or so we have a tornado that does some damage
Hello, im looking for a small single family house. Not too big maybe about 2 bedroom townhouse where in irving will this type of townhouses located. My budget is around $220k or less
What can you say about racism? I've received a job offer, so we're considering living in Irving as family this will be the first time we live at the States but racism it's something that we are really concerned
The problem with Texas real estate is that they build the houses too close together. If you're paying 500000 + 4A home, you should at least have some wiggle room.
That’s most cities these days when it comes to new builds. It’s not just Texas. You can find older homes on larger lots and like the realtor said, you can find newer homes on 1 acre lots, you just have to go further out in the burbs for that. Lastly, in 2023, 500k is not what it use to be. Had you you said around a million, I would agree with you.
I like cheap and natural. I don't need the hustle and bustle. It's too much about business in Irving. It's too expensive. I will say most resources are close together. That's a plus. But the terrible Nazi sychophant cops after vain glory...no thanks. They do not follow the constitution. I like a quiet connection. Those expensive houses don't buy happiness. I sure do like affordability, peace, quiet, privacey, and the officers not up my but like the gustspo.

They have communities on 1acre + lots as well in almost every city for those who like to be more spaced out!
