I live in the Alesio Urban Center in Las Colinas with my partner and we LOVE it. It has everything and is ideal for young, single people or couples. I love that we can actually WALK to the Urban Center Market, and WALK or BIKE to lots of restaurants nearby, lakes, canals, and the endless Campion trail that goes up all the way to Sam Houston Park, ideal for biking, picnics, sports, etc. There's tons of jobs and great companies around. You also have a movie theater, bars, Dart rail straight to the airport or downtown, and you're also minutes away by car from every major hub in DFW... Also I love always seeing people on foot when I go outside. That's hard to find in DFW. I'd never leave this area if I could. Hopefully I'll be able to get a house in this area one day since there are beautiful residential neighborhoods around as well. I've been here for 2 years already and feels really safe.
Las Colinas is a great area! Just need to the Irving ISD to do a better job.
