I have a question for Kent Kay. What kind of camera was used to tape this with? I only ask because this interview (blessedly) doesn't have the dead, screaming plastic look that pretty much every other digitally-shot media clip has. If it was shot digitally, I wonder if it's the relatively subtle light and color contrasts that make this pleasant to look at.
The footage was shot with a Digital BetaCam. However the look could have been created with any camera capable of holding filters in front of the lens. I don't remember exactly, but I believe I used a mesh filter on this shoot... or it could have been a pro-mist.
thats the whole point of the show. its meant to be a drama. everything is supposed to be dramatic and overly sympathetic or emotional. as for the whole always has her makeup done thing, that irritates me too.
