Just subscribed your Channel. I am a Georgian (a country not a state :) ) currently living in Belgium, Europe and studying here and moving to Colorado in few months. I am considering to settle in this part of Denver. Thanks for this video. You guys, seem so chill, nice people and wish you all the best.
Englewoos is a really nice place. But I think you forgot one reason to live there. This one is my first : UC Health training Center, home of the Denver Broncos.
Just went out to Denver for the first time and really enjoyed the city. My friend is trying to talk me into moving out there and I'm definitely interested. I was wondering, if you are looking at jobs out near Regis University, what are some cities/neighborhoods to potentially be looking at?
Hey Wes, thanks for watching the channel. If you're going to be around Regis, I would recommend Denver, Thornton, Arvada, and even places more on the south side like Englewood. Hope this helps and let us know if there's ever anything we can do to help!
I would say you'll be able to find the most affordable areas if you're willing to go 45+ minutes out of Denver. If you look in places like Watkins or Bennet, you'll find the most affordable housing.
I have to save up for a little while but I'm thinking a tiny house I don't know if you guys can help me but I already looked up a guy with holy ground tiny houses I haven't talked to him doing the research before I move out there
Hi Jessie, Thanks for watching the channel. If you're leaning towards a tiny house it's best to get in touch with a tiny house specialist as there a number special considerations that they could provide you with more specific guidance.
Great part of Denver! Crazy that Englewood has a section between Parker and Centennial area that can throw you off if you’re actually looking at Englewood west of I-25. Many patients at Craig are there for extended periods of time for inpatient and outpatient rehab from within CO as well as across the country; prime rental opportunity to help the families stay close to their loved ones while receiving the best rehab support in the U.S.
Yes, that part of Englewood always confused me! I always think of you any time we are around Craig. Definitely a good hospital and Englewood is a great choice for a lot of the staff at any of those hospitals! Thanks for watching as always!

Which is the cheapest place to buy a small house in Colorado?
