After her wedding, Maria discovers a small bump on the side of her face. Some time after, Maria was diagnosed with a parotid tumor. When she was finally able to seek help, the pandemic happened. Two years later, Maria's tumor has doubled in size. She travels from the Philippines to have surgery with Dr. Ryan Osborne.

The idea of creating a medical docuseries originated from a desire to share the compelling stories of patients of the Osborne Head and Neck Institute in Los Angeles, California. OHNI Case Files documents real-time footage of complex surgeries, either performed locally or internationally and during medical missions.
Dr. Osborne and his surgical team take us on a journey around the world where not only we get to see the highly specialized work that he does, but we can witness the bond that develops between physician/patient relationship as well as the team that is behind it.
This is a docuseries with real life stories and real doctors that will elicit strong emotions in the viewer. We hope you enjoy it.

I liked the way you focused on the intracities of the surgery. It really showed your attention to detail.
Even with a surgical mask on, Dr Osborne's concern and care for his patients is evident in his eyes - the way he looked at Maria when she first came into the theatre must have been so reassuring for her.

I had almost the same case when i was 15y.o. but on the upper part of my jaw. I do not really know the diagnose. I had OP (July 1983)at Baguio General Hospital. Yes Lord, You sent doctors as an instrument to heal us. God bless you always
