You have very good skills, unfortunately reballing isn't the solution. The graphics chip flip chip connection is defective (Microsoft confirm this themselves) and it will most likely fail again later. The solution is to replace it with a new chip that can be sourced from Aliexpress.
I bought a factory sealed, version 1 360 last year with a manufacture date of Februaury 2006. It was great unboxing a verssion 1 for the first time, but I know it will get me one day. Before I started using it, I took it apart and upgraded the heat sinks to later models that had a heat pipe for the GPU (these still fit on the version 1) and upgraded the thermal paste to corsair xtm70 for better heat transfer. I also do not use it for more than 90 mins at a time. It has been over a year and I actually play it quite often, I have put probably at least 100 hours into Oblivion and 50 hours into Fallout 3, and its still working great so I think I prolonged its life with the steps I took. I think.
