honestly one of the most well filmed episodes in the history of crimewatch! the acting was damn good, and the build up and suspense was really there. pace was just right and there weren’t like super awkward moments. rlly like the malay SIO’s acting!! and the scene where the two SIOs are interrogating the suspect in the dark room...wah legit not bad eh HAHAHAHA good episode!
But rain during the sunny day! Weird right? Hahaha

remember this people...DO NOT CONFRONT A CRIMINAL THIS way..never ever ever accuse anyone when you are in a vehicle on a lonely road in the car with him or her!!! He/she feel trapped and the ONLY thing that occurs in their mind is to shut that person up!! NO matter how angry we are upon discovering the crime perpetrated, do not expose, threatened or give any indication that you know the truth..Mum is the word! Many a murder could've been prevented if only the victim kept the knowledge to herself and report to the authorities quietly. So sad ..she must've been so very fearful when she was brutally murdered by that horrible horrible man! I am glad he was found guilty convicted for ALL the crimes he committed.

Man, the actress and actor in the murder scene really willing to get their hands dirty. It was so muddy. It really takes some courage to get super muddy.
They were very well paid.....like the ministers...
So he murders someone but instead of getting hanged himself he just get 20 years in preventive detention? That is a slap in the face for the victim and her family.
Although it was murder, it wasn't as mentioned.
He got the culpable homicide charge.
You got to dive deep down into the thought and action process.
Like what the man said. He didn't want to kill her and believed he just beat her up with his hands and ran away.
He was in a way provoked by her threat and attack her.
Where as in murder cases. A murderer has a clear intention to murder and his acts.
Like stabbing someone multiple times with his thought process of really killing someone.
Of course then next is if the person was provoked or not.
So it really goes deep into the actions and factors behind it.

a culpable homicide is not considered intentional murder under the eyes of the judge and the evidence. if it was intentional murder with malicious intent let say a criminal or gangster wants someone dead, they might give the death penalty verdict
