Hello is lunch and dinner included in the all inclusive or not? Because on the website they mentioned only breckfast, snacks and drinks

If you book All-Inclusive, you get a band at check-in. Then all meals are included. Maybe you can also book just room with breakfast and that's why it says that on the website.
