I’m a Packer fan but I love Jimmy Mac. Good guy and a fierce competitor. I heard he was suffering from dementia BUT they discovered that he had a compressed spine and after Neurosurgeons were able to fix it, his mind cleared up immensely. I really hope he’s doing much better today.

That was my first Vikings game at the old Metrodome. What a game! We were in the upper deck, South, surrounded by Green Bay fans. They were cheering alot all afternoon, until Reveiz came in and kicked the game winner, his 5th FG of the day. When he did that, it was like somebody died up there...except for our family, we were cheering big time for our Vikings!
Thanks to my late Dad , who took us to VIKES games for years until he passed away in 2010. I hope that him & my late Mom are enjoying this year's winning team. SKOL VIKINGS.👞💥🏈🤗

The Packers being swept by the Vikings ended up being a blessing in disguise. In the playoffs, Favre and the Packers played a beatable Detroit team. Vikings with the tie-breaker and higher seed had to go to New York and play the Giants #1 Defense. The Giants were smarting after their OT loss in the "Emmitt Smith Game" the previous week and were looking to kick someones ass. It just so happened to be the Vikes.
