Ah man The Power's Out is easily my favorite on the album. Feels like a song about a moment when the whole world falls apart and everything comes undone, and the way she describes the characters in it make it an emotional powerhouse for me. I think the vocal is intentionally light and broken, like she barely get it out. The whole album is kinda about reaching for beauty and love in a dark and indifferent universe and it's never more clear than on that track for me. Great review nonetheless dude, I like this one too!
