    What do you add to your unicorn spit to thin it out? And ratio

      I use water. I can't say I have ever measured it. Strictly by how it looks. If I apply and it seems thin, then I add more stain. I did purchase small plastic bottles from Amazon that I keep some of my thinned Unicorn spit in.

    1st. Hi Mike, Nice comparison. It would be good to try the same test on in burnt wood to see how normal grain takes the dye. Cheers Huw

      I have been for many years against any kind of staining of wood, but I think this is a nice change up. Not all the time of course. Thanks again for watching Huw!
