- Welcome to episode 2 of season 4 of my popular series “the history of” series!
For episode 2, I will be doing another NCAA college mascot history video. This time it’s one of the most well-known and popular mascots in all of college sports, that being Buckingham U Badger or just Bucky from the university of Wisconsin!!!
I also want to apologize for this video taking so long to release, Bucky had a long complex history so it took a while to go through it and there were other more personal things going on that prevented me from releasing this sooner. But with that being said, I’m still happy with how it turned out!

That Rooster outfit at 50:20 is actually supposed to represent Lieutenant Bradley “Rooster” Bradshaw from the film Top Gun: Maverick. Bradley is actually the son of LTJG Nick “Goose” Bradshaw, who unfortunately died after the events of the first Top Gun film and before Maverick.
Great video, Nathan! As for future college history videos, I know I've suggested Cocky from the South Carolina Gamecocks in the past. If you do a video on him, I'd be glad to help you!
Also, I think it would be cool if you did tier list videos for college mascots -- maybe by conference or Power 5 or something like that?

Hey Nathan did you know on November 22nd 2009 the Avenger Chuck E mascot aka your favorite mascot had an attitude? It was like when people get too cloose to him and he trips out and then when a employee talked to him and then he got all violent! He started punching and kicking the employee in the face and stomach! Did you know that? You should check out that video!

You should do chuck e cheese las cruces location cuz it got 2.0 and was opened in 1984, you could visit the location to see its 2.0, also real quick in 2004 it had a studio c cappa stage

We all waited and we got it and knew since the beginning the university of Wisconsin would have a badger for a mascot because their is a badger on the flag and are the state animal there i think they should redesign the flag with a badger 🦡
