@ I’d add barn doors, no closet doors, and shelves instead of upper kitchen cabinets to the list too. In a decade there will be home improvement shows tearing it all out
Costs are: 1.4 million and 2800 per month maintenance. Price? Not great for size, but location is very good, a little north, but not bad and is why this is a premium. Monthly Maintenance is not bad considering it covers taxes and probably a host of other costs. Part time doorman not great, but keeps the maintenance lower. I'd make sure there is doorman coverage during prime delivery times since that is their main value these days -- accepting packages and providing some front line security. Window unit is unfortunate at that price and I'd double check if you need to replace the windows after purchase which is common if they are beyond a certain age.
Why did they upgrade everything but still have electricity-guzzling window a/c units? It's a beautiful apartment but if there is no central air and heat, it's not worth more than $200 per month. Plus, the color scheme is too sterile and cold.
$200 per month? That's a ridiculous thing to say. It's also a pre-war building and not all buildings allow you to convert to central heat and A/C in NYC.
From someone in the design business for 32 years I can tell you that grey is NOT over and, when used well and paired with other colors, creates a great backdrop.
@@Person-mh6xq .. walk into a gray room and you will become depressed real quick. A brighter colors gives a room more life. Gray is dull drab and depressing, gray makes any room feel cold. After 32 years in the design buz you should already know that.
Definitely better than the modern approach and for NY I'm guessing quite spacious. It is the maintenance fees that always get me.
Nothing escapes gray
LOL! So agreed. I despise gray. And yet it keeps going and going and going...............

@@suemar63 There is NOTHING wrong with grey if it is mixed with other colors. It's all about context.
Beautiful renovated apartment, the only thing missing is a balcony of some kind.
Yes a terrence.
This my kind of bldg .I love it abd Carnegie Hill and Brick Presbyterian church ❤❤❤❤
Ummm the doors with the washer and dryer inside of it should be louvered doors to allow the HEAT to escape...not solid doors...
No, Hate louvered doors. Keep the door open while using.

No info? Px? Anything?
It's 12 East 87th Street. The asking price is $1,425,000. Monthly maintenance is $2,800.
@@JamboVidz I guessed 1.2 mil. And it’s even more. Sigh. For 900 square feet. But it’s a beautiful apartment in an almost perfect neighborhood.
Price?
Dark , too dark , a dungeon!!
That's actually because they typically shoot these videos without bringing lighting in so it always reads dark and shadowy.
Window air conditioner in 2024?
really?
It's a pre-war co-op. The board probably would not allow anything else.
Looks decent but probably way overpriced 😢. Must have had a buyer as they didn't mention the asking price 😕
Looks depressing
And quite ugly with the standard shaker cabinets.
Very Seinfeldish.

Cynthiaoconnor. “$200 a month” says the woman from rural Nebraska……
Such flowery overdone language. Tone it down, lady. 'Sophisticated living at its finest.' Oh boy.
For that price it’d better be.
For what they're asking they should have given more info. Also for all the stagers out there GRAY IS OVER, try a new color for once.
