  • In this video we are reviewing David Hinds Iconic Palmtree Dreadlocks. David "Dread" Hinds (born 15 June 1956) is a British musician, the founding member, rhythm guitarist and lead vocalist for the Grammy Award-winning reggae band Steel Pulse. Hinds was born in Handsworth, Birmingham, England, to parents who migrated to the UK from Jamaica in the mid-1950s, along with many other Jamaicans and other British Caribbean islanders to rebuild post-World War II Britain. At the age of five, he started elementary school and completed all his schooling by 1974. During that period, the music out of Jamaica became a major influence on Hinds’ perception on life in years to come. At Handsworth Wood Boys Secondary School, Hinds met band co-founder Basil Gabbidon who he would later found Steel Pulse with in 1975.
On TPL Locs (that pineapple life locs) we review dreadlocks from people all over the world. We do videos on loc journey's, dreads in different cultures and reactions to (black) hair in the media.

New age people try to find a scientific theory to how Rasta grew their locks it comes from wearing tans no big explanation everyone had their Unique image before all these non rasta people came up with this sister lock technicians anciency that's it u said it he doesn't bother his crown lol "how did u pull this off"😂 This was before the gay painter and jay z look at the original those after are the copy no spirituality all about the outward appearance looks really dope lol Rasta dont do dope to overstand the head or a Rastaman u have to overstand yourself and Rastafari know thyself black man and woman

Check Ras Shiloh but these famous people with locks are nothing compared to Ancient Rastas that didnt even allow people to take pictures of them who told u it was free form InI a natty congo bongo terrible and dreadful amongst the heathen. It's a cultural tradition not a hairstyle. II&I say Ital you made up the word vegan Peter Tosh said Legalize It now everybody live to see it come to pass. "A man of the past, living in the present and stepping in the future. The only man is the Rastaman on creation know ur roots study ur culture
