Jessica gave me life with that transfer at 59 St-Columbus Circle 6:30 and a surprise with the 11:11 “Connection is available to the Staten Island Ferry”
The Bronx portion of the announcements were misleading because it wasn't even on the 7th Avenue line yet so it should've said its normal "This is a Manhattan bound 5 local train, the next stop is _____________" and then in Manhattan it should've said "This is a Manhattan 5 local train via the 2 line, the next stop is _____________"
At 3:34 the electronic strip maps can work because the 2 and 5 train are basically the same train due to both going from E 180 or Wakefield or Neried for some 5 trains but 5 trains stop at Eastchester Dyre Ave, and both have different strip maps but the 5 can indeed use the 2 strip map to and at Chambers St the strip map can end due to there’s no 1 strip map and 5 trains from about 8 or 9ish am to 2ish pm it would go to bowling green and around 2 it would function to go back to Flatbush for rush hour hours from 3 to 7 or sometimes 8 to crown height at time and even crazy probably to New Lots Ave and some will even still go to Bowling Green but most go to Brooklyn College Flatbush Ave but anyways I went on the 5 to Bowling Green and I was at the last stop Bowling Green and it said it would change as a 2 due to how limited the 2 trains were in Brooklyn so it changed into 2 with the strip maps and skipped Hoyt street and went on the local track from Nevins St to Atlantic Ave Barclays Center and it continues on with its service to eventually go to Brooklyn College Flatbush Avenue at 3pm to change into a 5 train to Eastchester Dyre Ave it Neried Ave 238th Street or even E 180th Street but most likely Eastchester Dyre Avenue
I just realized something about the program. There's apparently an announcement from the Lexington Avenue Line where she announces Christopher Street, which I never heard before until I rewatched Lance Wright's vid.
@@exautical5066 what do you mean? I haven't uploaded any new programs yet. The one I've seen recently posted on youtube is the J to metropolitan and J to 121 street. Those are new spliced ones they added

Unfortunately that's how I recorded these. It pronounces via 7th av from eastchester
I know but whoever makes the programs should fix it

This might take place before the R142 2 & 5 Trains had their strip maps combined.

Love these announcements
I knew you’d keep with the promise, even though it took a year 😂
Question begs: 5 Express via 7th Avenue?
Almost a year
What’s funny is that the 5 To Rector St doesn’t announce Via The 7 Av Line but this program does
This one is from waaaay before they added in all those spliced programs.
Also I think this one is deleted lmao
@@MrRailfan ah damn it , i just asked a friend if they can do this program on a R142 someday but if it’s deleted 💔
What's next? 2 train to Bowling Green via Lexington Avenue local?
Wow! I thought the 5 never went to south ferry. (Edit) thanks for the information!!
R train Productions it does not
Theres a few vids of it on youtube. Its ussually reroutes or terminates at Rector and runs via south ferry loop back to the lexington line.
nope skip south ferry connect to inner loop to terminate and start service at bowling green
@@MrRailfan HEY Mr RAILFAN your smart
that was until 2017. now it can terminate at South Ferry.
23st,86st and 79st I know for sure was older announcements cause I did hear the 86 79 and 23 SBS transfers
It’s a pattern. 2 B Division Programs, then an A Division Program

Great video!!!!
Only if i ts on the 1 line RIGHT?
A Train To Jay Street Metrotech OR To 168 Street (Post-Hurricane Sandy 2012) Announcements Please Mr. Railfan?

Welp this is one video I wont be doing, although I may do a 4 to South Ferry

This is what they should’ve used instead of that fucking 2 to south ferry from Dyre Av program lol
Why?
@@TheRailLeaguer Agreed, What would happen to Nostrand Avenue?
@Mr MTA That’s the weekend program. The one the 5 uses has the correct transfers.
Can you make the 2 train via 1 line to South Ferry
The announcements on the (4) and (5) trains doesn't sound the same anymore 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞
Me home is at freeman street
& did they delete this off the R142?
& did they delete the 5 to Times Square? Via the 2 line
@@xpertt4kexclusiveness_mov669 no. Only the reroutes from the 1 and 3 were deleted.
Mr RAILFAN do announcements W train to coney island
