The one thing I love about listening to this panel they never speak in absolutes as opposed to the vegan doctors who are absolutely sure the one thing I love about listening to this panel they never speak in absolute as opposed to the vegan doctors for absolutely sure they are 100% right about everything
I can't believe the difference in every area on this carnivore diet. The pro's are too many to list and I have yet to experience a con. Coming from a almost complete vegan diet including alot of juicing the difference is just unbelievable. The beauty is not just the simplicity of the diet but the way I feel. No more mood swings, sustained energy for the whole day without crashes or fatigue and mental clarity I have never been able to sustain. All blood work has been flawless and I have never felt better in my life ever. I don't know what to attribute this to and am no expert or doctor, but with almost zero carbs and sugar I just don't have the issues I once had and my G.I. issues have vanished completely. The thing that convinced me the most is that I felt so much better within just a week or so. It has now been almost a year and I am literally just disbelief what a life changer this has been. The biggest obstacle to the diet was mentally tuning out all of the current hype on how important fruit and veggies were in a persons diet. The factual statistical truth is that they are both way harder for the body to digest and assimilate and there are hardly any heirloom forms without GMO's. The pro-vegan community doesn't even address or want to discuss all the pesticides etc that are present in almost all of the produce (even organic) that are present due to their presence in the seeds themselves or how inefficient the human digestive system is in assimilating and pulling vital nutrients from plants. The bio-availability of essential amino acids in beef are so more dense, easy to absorb and usable by the human digestive system there is just no comparison. I actually had bought into the hype for a time because of the whole "fat sick and almost dead" documentary being so influential. The problem is I didn't consider is that all of the participants on that juice diet including myself were previously on the "american diet" full of sugar and trans fats and food additives and preservatives that the body cannot even process effectively. No wonder everyone lost weight and felt better. The #1 thing that sells me on any diet is #1 Availability #2 Sustainability. This carnivore diet is just a no brainer. I mix steak, salmon, chicken, bacon etc. to mix things up and it is nothing short of amazing. I eat a little over 2 lbs. of meat a day and that is it including water and coffee and a vitamin supplement. I had cravings in the beginning for the carbs and sugars in the beginning, but they were short lived 5 minutes or less and gone. I can basically only have to eat twice a day and drink water and that is it, I am satisfied without wanting anything else. The grocery bill over 50 percent less because I no longer have to buy organic produce and I don't eat out nearly as much at all. It is by far the simplest and most effective diet I have ever been on. The biggest obstacle for most people is starting it, because your body may have to adjust to being health and getting the proper nutrients all of a sudden and have to purge all the bad stuff from your G.I. track. This can take from a week to a month depending on the person and you just have to commit and stick to the plan. Luckily for me, it only took about a week. I can only speak for myself, but the mental clarity and emotional stability I get from this diet basically eliminates all that stress as well. I can totally see the tremendous benefit this could have for someone with severe mental health issues. I have struggled with seasonal depression for the majority of my life and this diet has completely eliminated it. I will predict that this diet is going to change lives in and of itself without any need for endorsements or special interest money to push it as most agenda driven diets do. The proof is in the results. Try it, if it works keep doing it. It is as simple as that. I forgot to add one other thing that use to be a big deal for me but not so much anymore. I lost about 20 or 25 lbs. on this diet without really doing much else. I have noticed my weight has remained constant and I am sure I could lose more if I exercised more, but honestly it is a non factor for me. I don't care how much I weigh anymore, I care about how I feel and my mental acuity and stability. Even if I had lost no weight or even gained some I would continue this diet because it has given me a zest for living again and that in and of itself is more important than any weight loss to me.
@@yarden-zamir Still sticking to the diet but have mixed in a green apple or orange once a day. Everything still awesome and solid, I have just gotten use to feeling great and have had no issues whatsoever. I still do 2 meals a day and no issues in between and no spikes and crashes. I substituted in eggs and sausage for breakfast a couple times a week when steak was in short supply a few months back. I'm still amazed because I was just going to try this diet for a few months thinking there is no way it was sustainable, but here I am. I still have a cup of coffee in the morning also, which some people have had issues with, none for me. I could probably be fine without the coffee, but it is more a habit than anything.
I'm glad that every expert that i follow was there, Georgia Ede, Paul Mason, David Feldman... And all of them with very interenting and valuable information. Really thank you Amber, for putting all together
Love the intro music, logo and information. Also, love the lack of marketing. Just good information and great encouragement on my carnivore-healing journey.
As a person who has suffered with life long depression and can barely tolerate living in this world between the physical illness and the mental illness, hearing this information is profoundly appreciated. Thank you so much!
Depression may be a perfectly appropriate response to the civilization we find ourselves in. That said, there are also still wonderful people in the world, the ecosystems are awesomely resilient, and their are reasons to experience hope, peace, and joy. Here's hoping that a very low carb ketogenic and/or carnivore diet helps you find these states of being.
Jane I was vegan for 2 years and my depression had gotten so bad so I understand where you are coming from but keto carnivore has completely cured my depression and anxiety. The mental clarity is just mind blowing. I sure hope you try it and it helps you like it's helped me and numerous other keto carnivores.
Thanks for the info... especially about being careful about potassium intake and its effect on heart rate. I believe that may have caused some recent bouts with accelerated heart rate and arrhythmia. I've backed down my potassium intake and have increased my Himalayan salt intake recently and have not had these issues.
Dr Peter from Sweden is absolutely right. We might lose weight or achieve any other primary goal with carnivore diet. But health is a never-ending journey. I had also dryness solved with B2 supplement and not via food. We must appreciate doctors like him (i don't know him) who noticed this to his patients. Remember that many of the doctors-influencers no longer practicing medicine cause their primary job after carnivore gained popularity is not following up with patients at all or in such detail that dr Peter noticed. I'm impressed with him asking for B2.
There two best things I did or found in last 3-5 years that I ignored for long decades before: discovering keto eating and taking 4000IU of D3 vitamin that keeps me at upper level.
I would like to see Paul Saladino on this panel. He is full of information and could contribute to the complexity of genotype and what exactly foods contain.
I don't think it would happen because Shawn told Paul to go back to selling dog food and supplements. Paul isn't doing a 100% carnivore anymore and said he isn't carnivore, but more carnivore-ISH or Animal Based
I recall getting HypoKalemia - abnormal potassium (irregular heart beat episodes for no reason) on the Keto diet - because living in the tropics, working hard outside at the time I was sweating a lot, dehydrating, and with the Keto diet not getting enough potassium back into the system. The solution - simple - Lite Salt, which I still use. 50% potassium salt.
Have you been able to find a 'Lite Salt' that is just potassium chloride, or potassium chloride with sodium chloride - and no other chemicals? We want to avoid the chemicals usually added to these and also to processed table salt. This is one of the reasons we prefer mined pre-pollution sea salt. Another reason is the superior flavor. Broth made from the bones and connective tissue, and we like fat in there, too, is also a good source of minerals. In many traditions, a pot of broth was always kept simmering on the back of the stove or the side of the fire. We have found a splash of organic apple cider vinegar helps to release the minerals from the bones, and we simmer the broth for at least 24 hours, and sometimes a few days. Once the bones are crumbly, the dogs can enjoy them. This may make more sense in a cooler climate than in the tropics or sub-tropics.
RE: Leafy greens. I've been so back and forth and experimented so much with my own body in the last 20 years. A few years ago I had a terrible headache. I made some juice from spinach, carrot and apple. Within 5 minutes of drinking that juice my headache was completely gone. Must have been missing some mineral or something. And some docs find that putting lupus patients on just greens/smoothies from greens with no cooked food, no animal products resolves their auto-immune issues. There is something we don't yet know about the different metabolic systems of the body. Perhaps it's an either/or situation. Maybe two systems. Maybe more. This would be sensible considering history, as humans would have been feast or famine, or perhaps eating lots of meat for perhaps months at a time, then nothing but leaves or tubers. Perhaps the body developed to work well with both systems, but does not do well when mixing them. Just a theory.
The B2 dry lips observation was enlightening as I experience this, but not anymore, nutitional yeast sorted that👍🏻I have multiple health issues so that may be a factor in this issue?
Even on keto, my thyroid got batter. Dr was confused that my TSH was initially high at 10, put me on Synthroid and TSH dropped to .5. So, I'm off thyroid meds..
It appears to me that having cramps when on keto or carnivore is related to the acidity of your stomach. Sodium-chloride is where our bodies get chloride for our stomach acid, this is important in the absorption of electrolytes and the digestion of meat protein. If your salt intake its too high then you need to supplement potassium to antagonize it, but perhaps adding some acid before a meal could help maybe the popular apple cider vinegar or butyrate pills. Eating too much or drinking too much could dilute your stomach acid and therefore eating less or having less fluids could be the solution for cramps.
That’s interesting that chapped lips could be related to b2 deficiency. I would think it would be more related to vitamin A deficiency. I had a significant problem with dry, chapped, painful lips myself. I found when I started consuming beef, my lips improved, and when I started consuming beef liver, they improved even more considerably! I also tried an experiment about two nights in a row of putting ghee directly on my lips and it worked wonders!
Regarding cramps, for myself they seem to become more noticable with a higher fat/protein mass ratio. Below 1.8/1, I do not experience cramps. Around 2/1 they are noticable but more salt seems to help. 2.2/1 or higher, cramps become very noticable and I've not managed (or tried) to eat obsurd amounts of salt to keep them at bay at that ratio. It is mostly a problem while lying in bed or being in awkward positions sitting down or crouching to work in tight spaces, of which I seem to do quite a lot. I had rarely experienced cramps in the past, prior to keto/carnivore, but only for short periods with months or years between.
One more question, then what will we do with the hormesis effects? Is it only false with vegetables? It is only true with exercise? I dont think so. This is the same as drink small quantity of venom to be inmune to it.
Pink Himaylayan seasalt, potassium chloride (e.g., French’s No Salt), and baking soda make a good electrolyte drink. See Snake Juice recipe for amounts.
@@BigPictureYT Bless you thanks, I do use all you mentioned . ... And for many years....maybe I just need more of the above as the Dr explained "like frosting " 🤣. I also soak in Magnesium rich/ dead sea salts; so the idea of 'more' salt salts never crossed my mind. It's worth a try. Thank you. Best regards. X
+Moira Goldsmith Leg cramps are not helped by eating meat, lol...full spectrum salt will help only minimally over a long term and heavy usage. Magnesium deficiency is the primary cause, and supplementing directly with the proper form along with a balanced mineral supplement is what takes care of it along with magnesium-dense PLANT foods. The carnivore fad will be latched onto for a while, just like everything on youtube, and then nutritional deficiencies with start up with that just like they do for vegans who don't know what they're doing.
@@JoinTheProgress Yes! I understand your point and agree, you must have a sound understanding of biochemistry and natural nutrition synergistics to manipulate it for your own unique optimal health. I am trying carnivore for a month to see if it helps my progress. It's got got buggar all to do with weight loss for me and all to do with easing health difficulties. It's worth a try methinks. I've watched and studied carnivore for 2 yrs now. Thanks for your feedback. Stay well. X
So its not in my head? I discovered on my own after trial and error, that the only way I could eat more protein, was to cut out veggies almost completely, especially leafy greens which I was very heavy on with keto. I lost all the weight I needed to, but needed to improve my body composition so I hit the weights but wasnt seeing the gains I'm used to. I figured it had to be my conservative protein intake (.7 grams of protein per lb of lean mass max) which made my brain very happy and kept appetite at bay. If I tried to consume much more protein WITH my leafy green intake, I'd swell up terribly, and immediately...like 5lbs of water, brain fog would return, and moods were shit next 2-3 days. But when I stopped eating greens, I could immediately handle way more. Tonight, I ate like a pig, double protein, and Im not swollen, and feel great. Very interesting to hear someone else report the same experience!
If I include any vegetables at all, my kidney function decreases and I have body odor. All meat's the way to go! At least until something gets healed that allows me to eat a little veg, but I don't think it's that important.
I am watching with interest and I have watched 1000 videos on carnivore and all I here about is all the tests carried out on the blood and nutrient testing etc etc. But I can not find a single lab in Ireland that does more then the standard tests. I spent €260 on blood test called Men’s health, but none of those tests were carried out. Doesn’t anyone know where I can get these and what to ask for.
Don't know if this will help but a wile back I remember hearing about labs that will do some testing by mail, not sure if it includes blood ,might want to look into that maybe?
For those who are interested in VITAMIN B2 / RIBOFLAVIN: It is present in high amounts in whey. It's what gives it its green-yellow color! B2 is important for reducing/regenerating glutathione.
Of course, the whey should be unprocessed. And, whole milk also contains all the Vit B2 that is in the whey fraction of the milk - plus all known vitamins, and all the minerals we need to thrive in the form human digestion can absorb, and butterfat - which is an excellent source of Omega 3s if the animals are 100% 'grassfed'. Plus beneficial enxymes, naturally occurring probiotics, - to mention just a few of the benefits. Many of the benefits of milk are reduced or destroyed by processing, so the white liquid in the plastic jugs in supermarkets does NOT have the same benefits. For more info: RealMilk, com Some people also need to avoid the A1 type milk. Many producers of unprocessed milk, aka raw, also offer A2 milk.
I totally agree! Listen to Joan Ifland to learn about addictions to sugar and processed foods, and why you got hooked without your permission. She has her own RUclips channel and web sites. Good luck to you. ruclips.net/video/_epnhLCqydg/видео.html
definitely, how many people you know that will give up almost all of what they eat, even when you tell them the facts they are so addicted they cant admit its bad for them and will keep eating bad
Would Pork Rinds be a suitable snack for people on the Carnivore diet? They are absolutely carb free. They could sure be helpful in managing the snacking problem on the diet.
Yes, they work. You just want to check the ingredients to make sure there are no veggie oils or other plant ingredients, based on how strict you are following the way of eating.
Great video, I've been keto for years but needed to switch up a gear as my rosacea still hasn't cleared. Anyway just finished a 72 hour fast now gonna smash this carnivore life
CO2 isn't the problem we have been told it is. Methane breaks down into CO2 and water, so if CO2 were a problem, methane would also be a problem, but there is no evidence CO2 changes affect temperature.
Assuming that methane, aka natural gas, is a powerful greenhouse gas, blaming the post0-Industiral Era rise of atmospheric methane on cattle or livestock is ludicrous. Cattle, and other domestic ruminants, were not invented after the Industrial Revolution began. There are fewer total numbers and far less total mass of ruminant herbivores on the planet today than there were at the beginning of the era when humans began burning fossil fuels. Grasslands, which can be dotted with trees, are very efficient at sequestering carbon, returning significant amounts of the carbon we have released through burning coal, oil, natural gas/methane, and forests to the soil. This includes absorption of methane. We seem to forget that wagon trains of settlers headed for the Oregon Trail and on other westward routes sometimes had to wait for a day, or two, or three while herds of bison passed - to name one example. Bison were not limited to the Great Plains, either. Herds of caribou, vicuna, alpaca, guanaco, llama, elk, virtually all species of deer, antelope of all kinds, wild sheep, chamois, various species of wild sheep and goats, camels, wood bison, wildebeast... these all exist in lower numbers than they did prior to the 1800s. Even whitetail deer numbers, which have rebounded in many regions of the eastern US, are significantly lower than they were in 1491. The book '!491' provides a lot of detailed research on what North America was like just before the onslaught of exploitation by European began. Ice cores from glaciers and polar ice caps contain air pocket which have preserved samples of the atmosphere from times past, with layers that can be counted like growth rings in trees. When there were far more ruminant, including now extinct wild cattle, aurochs, the atmospheric levels of carbon and methane were lower. And oxygen levels were higher.
That's crazy, my chapped lips healed some my first 4 days on carnivore. Also, seems my dandruff has subsided if not totally vanished - still keeping tabs on it though.
Same in our house. We used to be greatly dependent upon various lip emollients. Now, they're used mostly as insurance, and it's no big deal if we skip using them.
I find cannabis doesn’t effect me nearly as much when I’m only eating meat and fat. It’s like I’m already dumping a ton of anandamide from carnivore. The saying at my house is plants are for smoking and meat is for eating.
I don't think the people behind pushing for plant based protein (meat) are concerned about health at all. They are mostly looking at this as a gateway to get people on a vegan lifestyle.
Does anyone know if there is a link between RH Negative blood type and healing through the Carnivore Diet? I'm RH Negative and I am allergic to almost everything including chicken, pork, eggs, dairy, black pepper, lamb, cruciferous etc. I'm just wondering if there is a higher occurrence in those of us that have RH Negative blood. This is blood that will attack it's own baby if it is RH Positive. Seems highly defensive. Anyone?
An interesting question. Since those with Rh negative blood are a relatively low percent of the US population, it is unlikely that much, if any, research has been done along those lines. The first thing I would check is the source and quality of those foods. Are you allergic to industrially produced chicken, eggs, and dairy products from the supermarket? Have you tried pastured chicken, eggs, or lamb from small farms that use NO chemicals or drugs on their farms? Egg wash solutions sometimes come through the eggshells and some people react to that. Other people are apparently sensitized to chicken eggs, especially the whites, when they are injected with vaccines grown in hen eggs. Many of those people can eat duck, quail, or goose egg with no problem. 100% grassfed lamb from farms that use no chemicals on their animals or land is something I would test, if I was you. I would also look for a farm that uses no vaccines in their livestock. These are generally unnecessary, and contain mercur and other harmful substances. Polyface Farms in Va, and Greener Pastures in Mo are two farms that do not use vaccines. I'm not sure about Nourished by Nature, the marketing arm of the Brown Farm in ND, or White Oak Pastures in Georgia, but you can ask. Milk and other products of the dairy in the USA are highly processed. There are at least 7 differences between unprocessed milk and the white liquid sold in supermarkets. Many people who cannot tolerate the processed stuff find they can enjoy unprocessed milk. The A1 protein can be a problem for some people as well, so you may want to find a source of A2 milk, raw and unprocessed, and ideally in glass bottles or jars (plastic transfers harmful chemicals to the food and beverages it comes into contact with). 100% 'grassfed' milk from cows on pasture is more nutritious and has better flavor. Milk from Jersey cows and other traditional breeds is richer in nutrients, as well. If you find that even unprocessed 100% 'grassfed' cows milk from cows given no drugs or chemicals (chemical pest control is common on commercial dairy farms), you may want to try goat milk. Humans around the world also use the milk of reindeer, mares, sheep, camels, yaks and water buffalo. There is a camel milk dairy in California. We have seen water buffalo yogurt, and cheeses from sheep and goat milk are widely available - sometimes even from raw milks. The Basque people are reportedly as high as 40% rh negative, and lamb and sheep milk cheeses are staples of their diet, so it is difficult to imagine that there would be a connection between allergies to lamb and the rh neg trait. This website contains mostly anecdotal info, but you may want to check it out: rhesusnegative.net
Hmmm, this is an interesting thought but I’m RhNeg ( homozygous in fact) and I’m not allergic to anything, in the area of foods-have always been able to eat anything although meats are my favorite food of choice now. 😋
What about when carnivore is not extreme enough? Or when meat has too many carbs, or too much arsenic or something? Where's the evidence that fruits, veges etc cause health problems?
Good questions. Meat does not contain carbohydrates naturally. The glycogen stored in muscles quickly becomes lactic acid after the animal is harvested. Contamination with arsenic or other toxins should not be an issue in well-raised and properly handled meat. The best way to be sure of this is to raise it yourself, and have it processed by a trusted custom butcher, or do it yourself. A short time ago, most American households did this. Family photo albums contained pictures of hogs hanging from a tree in the yard, often on Thanksgiving weekend, with the extended family and sometimes neighbors too, all gathered around. Everyone pitched in to process the hog- making sausage, starting the curing process with the hams, cleaning and pickling the feet, maybe making headcheese, etc. Nothing was wasted. The next best thing is to find people in your area who raise food animals on pasture, with no chemicals used on the land or the animals, use no drugs or added hormones, Oneline sites or even the Farm & Garden section of Craigslist can help you find independent farmers raising heritage breeds using sustainable or regenerative practices. Beef, lamb and other herbivores should have no grain or soy. Then have a small, local custom outfit process your meat for you. Enoy1

Be aware that research from Loma Linda University may have been influenced by the fact that this is a 7th Day Adventist institution, and they believe that eating meat or any animal-source food causes 'impure thoughts' and 'general wickedness'. They also work to get their members into influential positions, like the board that reviews and issues the US Dietary Guidelines - yet they are not required to disclose their agenda. Nina Tiecholtz uncovered this while doing research for 'Big Fat Surprise'.
Soo what's going on here is that we have been eating man made processed foods full of carbs, sugars with added processed preservatives. Our bodies were never CREATED to consume these types of foods. The bible explains what foods we should be eating and a carnivor diet is basically taking one food that is produced correctly consuming it the way our bodies were meant to eat it (grass fed, no hormones, free range) I'm excited to try this carnivore diet but let's not lose sight of the evidence that the earth is NOT millions of years old and the reason the carnivore diet is working so well is because we are eating food the way it should be consumed and NOT because of some evolutionary theory that we came from Neanderthals millions of years ago. God gave us the foods in its purest form full of nutrients and minerals but we as humans destroyed so much of that process. The carnivore diet is an easier way to untangle all the terrible things and misinformation we have done to destroy our foods and make them unhealthy.
To summarize everything: keep eating meat - it makes you feel great and don’t pay attention to what doctors say or what your blood test shows. In same line: keep doing drugs - it makes you feel good and don’t pay attention to what doctors say.
MaryLovesKeto unfortunately not you not me and nobody can not stop what will happen to animal after the heart stop - the cells inside the body will start decay the minute blood stops . When you eating this putrefying flesh you forcing your own cells to feed on this garbage. Just think about it. And try to reason why eating putrefying flesh and blood could possibly be good for you. You have to understand basic the law of this planet : blood stop - cells died and start process of putrefying. Not good to consume it unless you are a vulture .
Mello.B33 from discussion of processes that taken place when blood stops and cells starts decaying to name calling. I am ok with this and support your point of view . Just keep carnivore and follow those speakers. And you will see consequences of feeding your body decaying flesh . They will come as fast as blink of your eye. It will be like drug addiction first feel hi and then deep painful crash, those speakers, they on hi cycle right now and I agree it always first feels great , but wait for low cycle point to show up.
Wingman One thank you, if you don’t want to talk about biological value of rotting flesh for your body, let’s talk about ph of the stomach. Ph of stomach acid in humans between 1.5-3 when you hungry and empty but when you full it’s rising to 5ph. No human can keep ph of the stomach close to 1.5 when stomach is full of food. It will rise to 5ph. And that’s the reason why we keep reading about e.coli , salmonella and other bacterial poisoning from food. If human can hold acid to the level 1.5 when we full of food(I am assuming that’s what in your mind)you will never hear about any bacterial poisoning and never see labels placed on every piece of meat in supermarket warning you to cook it throughly before consuming. Please ,just observe what’s going on around you.
Wingman One thank your highness for even replying to me. Seems to me that all your meat addiction feed is your ego, not brain . That’s fine with me. Keep going please.
It is interesting that Shawn Baker & Dave Feldman look about the same height and have the same shoulder width. I would guess that SB is 50# greater than DF. I am not sure eating 5# of meat per day to look like SB is a good idea in the long run as most healthy elderly people are thin.
LIVIN CINCY so an elderly person needs to be thin because “most are thin?” I’m not understanding what your saying. Shawn is healthy and there are many healthy, older body builders. So just what is your point.
@@MaryLovesLex - Longevity is observed more commonly in thinner / smaller people. Carrying weight, of any type, increase your size and requires your body to work harder to maintain it. Elderly look like DF not SB. From independent videos I assumed DF was much smaller than SB. When placed on screen next to each other it caught my eye. I had assumed the DF is much smaller in stature than SB.
LIVIN CINCY so you are remarking on your false assumption that Dave was smaller than Baker. Mmmm, And the world is made up of all sizes of people of all ages. How does this increase our knowledge on carnivore? Sorry but you need to get out more. I’ve known plenty of healthy, correct weight, elderly people way over my meer 5’3”. @@MaryLovesLex I don't watch TV or Hollywood films but I have attended and watched many conferences and lectures (not just on food) where people speak very confidently and happily (not in a fake way), rather than seeming very much like they really don't know and aren't sure of their own choices or the info they present. I made an observation and you then you made assumptions that I have no empathy and that I feel privileged. Ok.
Flo Oracle Well goody for you. Attending lots of conferences. So have I. But I, as an empathetic person, said to myself these guys aren’t professional speakers, they are trying very hard to give accurate information at the same time recognizing that there isn’t a lot of data history yet to back it up. Their personal affect isn’t my concern. I’m looking for information on carnivore not on if the panelists are “happy looking” which would only be my opinion anyway.

Shawns view on "synthetic" meat seems biased. As if he has a motive to push for the real meat. That motive could be that he's secretly getting paid by "big meat" to push this diet. Or he's going to start pushing Butcher Box or something along those lines. I'm on carnivore right now and it seems to be working for me so not against it, just want to point out some possibilities about youtubers motives. The lab grown meat tech is brand new, why not be more open minded and see where it goes from here? Only people that are(should be) losing their minds are those whose pockets are effected. I'll eat the hell out of lab grown meat if it tastes the same and has the same nutritional values.
lab meat is pure evil. wake Up man. haha BIG MEAT that's the funniest things right there. lab meat?.....yet another substandard product used to create substandard controlled humans. it is anti life.

Can we get an update?
No vegan will ever say anything bad about veganism even with the mounting evidence. This is because veganism is an ideology.

I'm impressed with him asking for B2.
thanks for these videos

I would like to see Paul Saladino on this panel. He is full of information and could contribute to the complexity of genotype and what exactly foods contain.
I don't think it would happen because Shawn told Paul to go back to selling dog food and supplements. Paul isn't doing a 100% carnivore anymore and said he isn't carnivore, but more carnivore-ISH or Animal Based
Isn’t he just an attention whore?
Really intresting. I think for most people on a not-low-fat-carnivore-diet the ketones depend more on the person than on the specific ratios.
Exciting stuff!

Good morning and great day to you all. Great conversation with great questions and great informations. A carnivorous from Palau.
If you’re worried about B2 cook your meat rare or raw or make jerky at a low temp to preserve the b vitamins better
Are you going to do one next year?
Most cattle in New Zealand are finished on grass.
The carnavore people need to watch Allan Savory’s Ted talk from (I think)2013! Makes a strong case for beef animals.
I had rarely experienced cramps in the past, prior to keto/carnivore, but only for short periods with months or years between.
hello, Amber, can I ask you a question? i am a lady who is almost bald on top , can I grow out new hair if I am on the cannivore diet? thank you

Too much salt can cause an imbalance of electrolytes. I eat fruits & drink coconut water, but my diet is about 90% carnivore.

I would imagine overcooking the meat would reduce the B2, having a decent amount of the meat (especially steaks) on the under done side might help.
Good point. And roasts. Thicker steaks and meats like roasts are easier to cook on the outside while leaving the inside raw or nearly raw.
are you doing it again in 2020?
I have oral lichen planus, anyone knows if I should try the carnivore diet or what should I do? thanks!

For more info: RealMilk, com
Some people also need to avoid the A1 type milk. Many producers of unprocessed milk, aka raw, also offer A2 milk.
I think carb addiction makes it difficult for someone to switch to eating meat.

Yes, they work. You just want to check the ingredients to make sure there are no veggie oils or other plant ingredients, based on how strict you are following the way of eating.

No. All animal based foods are allowed except high carb/sugar milk, yogurt and some cheeses.
Raw is the best (biltong, prosciutto, etc. )
Are you saying you dont get as high on cannabis eating meat and fat?
Many traditional cultures that were not classified as total carnivore used plants primarily as medicine.
Haha I've noticed the same and did suspect the diet.
I likely will just give it up, it's my last vice.
It is seeming as if RDAs and lab work normal ranges should be different for keto and carnivores. At least some of them.

Walnut is ok for omaga 3.

Great Q&A! That said, why does the guy on the right have a vegan haircut? ;-)
The carnivore diet is an easier way to untangle all the terrible things and misinformation we have done to destroy our foods and make them unhealthy.
they were pretty douchey to the guy in the red
the guy on the right is so swarmy lol
To summarize everything: keep eating meat - it makes you feel great and don’t pay attention to what doctors say or what your blood test shows.
In same line: keep doing drugs - it makes you feel good and don’t pay attention to what doctors say.
7iLeto sigh. You are proof that people don’t really listen.

Those People look ill
They aren't wearing make up for TV. The lights make you look a bit sickly if you aren't wearing heavy make up and you're under the bright lights
Your assumptions are comical.
@@MaryLovesLex - Thank you for your interest in my comment.
Shut your face you total ignoramus. Thin eqauls healthy? I don't even need to see a picture of you to know you're out of shape
" um...er....I don't know...I think....we aren't sure...er...." I sure feel confident listening to these people
Flo Oracle wow, you must be the greatest speaker ever! I mean since you have no empathy or understanding of how it is to explain things and do it in a public setting. An um, is just an intelligent person gathering their thoughts to get you the info you need. Privileged much are you. Use to only Hollywood perfect presentations? Go to the fake people then. Try Freelee the banana girl 🤣
@@MaryLovesLex goody for me indeed :D
NatuHealth so your definition of fad is oh let’s see, 80,000 years of eating meat to live. Instead you want me to try the berries and banana diet first are by whom? How many short years ago did it start? Sorry sweetie grow up and smell the coffee. You are obviously in business to sell a fad so stay off my grass.
This is in Boulder, Colorado? Let's put them on bikes and see how far they make it up the hills - put that metabolic advantage to work! If they can't then I guess that means we've been lied to about the befits of cardio too. Quick someone tell the carb-loading, low-fat eating, long-distance running Rarámuri's and Kenyans!
Yea boi!
Unkindnessof Ravens as I said, why not be more open minded to see where that technology goes?
A B please name a technology that hasn’t ended up detrimental for the human race
No to fake meat. NO.
David Wilson Absolutely yes to “fake” meat. You don’t have to eat it
lab meat is pure evil. wake Up man. haha BIG MEAT that's the funniest things right there. lab meat?.....yet another substandard product used to create substandard controlled humans. it is anti life.
