- Spent a couple hours at a pop up Toronto flea market.
I got myself a little picture
and couple bunnikin things ,
was extremely hot out on the pavement so I left a little bit early ,but I really enjoyed myself .
There was a few other little treasures in there but the price points sad way out of my budget .

We have a very small local St Vincent de Paul thrift store in our rural area. Most things are sort of over priced but for some odd reason the art like oil paintings, chalks or watercolors are always cheap. Like $1-$3 for 16 x 20’s framed even. I have snagged some gorgeous pieces and am a lover of landscape paintings. I don’t have enough walls!! 😳. My mother was an artist in oils so I really appreciate art. Thanks for the ride! Its so much fun. I think August is all about back to school for teachers and families too.

Pretty darn fancy. I do love tea cups tho...usually around 16.00 around here. I enjoy, wood, metal, architectural elements, textiles....isn't it great, there's someone for everything. Love flea markets.

I had a bunnikin bowl when i was a little girl. My mom would make porridge for me and serve it in that bowl, and I'd be so excited to get to the bottom to see the bunny that I'd eat all of it quickly. :)

Bunnykin is royal dalton from the 1930s yes it was pretty I just have so much , so I pick and choose what I’ll use lol and that’s ok your opinion matter’s too . Trust me I almost did .

I think I have an old baby dish box set of that Bunnekin with my kids stuff. I’ll have to go dig it up- was too cute to use so it’s still in the box- 22 yrs later- lol

If you ever make it up to Richmond Hill, there are two antique consignment stores you need to visit. One is the Garage Sale at Major Mackenzie and bay view and the second is Treaurequest in the Levendale Mall on Yonge north of Major Mackenzie .You will not be disappointed treasures to be had for sure.. Good hunting.

I’m in Montréal and thrift stores here suck BIG time but I love your place. Are you close to Mississauga? I have family in TO and was planning a huge thrift shopping holiday over the summer but it didn’t happen. PS: I also follow Bombshell lol 😂 love her home, her taste and have bought from her once . Well if you come to Toronto we’ll go Thrifting I’m in the West End so not too far from Mississauga half an hour but there’s some good thrift stores in Mississauga I am Bathurst and Saint Clair area . Quebec city has a lot of good antiques online maybe not so much Montreal I lived in Montreal for a year in the 80s. 🥰

Everyone thinks Canada cold parts are far north but we get the same weather as New York we have 4 season here . And our summer are beautiful ,
this last few days to hot but most of the time 85 f 30 c June July August then September , October 70/ 75 then the cold comes end of December Jan and February

Just wondering, but why do people go to flee markets carrying 50 keys,or a huge purse full of junk?? Take your car key, a few bags, or honestly a pull cart or wagon.. Why do you need the keys to your house, the out building, the others car(s), your lock box, or whatever... Ilmfao... Jeeze.. Plus, if you are recording, no one needs to hear them rattling around for most of the video... Just saying 👍👏👌❤️
