Nepal , our country shall rise . We the people of Nepal shall rise . We shall not let any party wipe our country in the map of the World . The unconstitutional activities at every agency of the state have clearly indicated the demise of the constitution since a long time now . The question of constitutionality arises only when the constitution is living . Rastriya Jana Morcha President Chitra Bahadur K.C. , during a recent interview with Otv-Television has stated that Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nepal Cholendra Samsher Rana had to bribe a lot of money five years ago to the leader of the party in power then for deputing/bringing him (Rana) from a lower Court of Justice to the highest Court of Justice. According to K.C., Rana is now only getting back the bribed money with huge profit by giving a shocking verdict recently pertaining to a murder of one's own wife by a Police Officer of Nepal Police. The Judiciary was already dead after the revelation by K.C. if true . To question the constitutionality about the dissolution of the Parliament at any Court of Justice does not arise because the Judiciary was not functioning according to the constitution and if it is so , the constitution was already dead . The country needs to go ahead by cremating the constitution that was dead a long time ago soon after its birth . The country needs to give birth to a new constitution fully different from any one in the past that fully guarantee the common people of Nepal the full Liberation from all kinds of Terrorism , Rule of Law and the end of all injustices . People have the Master-Key : www.hinduganarajya.org with Cost-Free Elections of Ishwareeya Ganatantra Party for the liberation from all kinds of terrorisms being practiced by the Courts of Justice and other agencies of the state , by different parties outside the state and at every corner of the society . The People of Nepal shall use the Master-Key now to be able to defeat all injustices since generations and existing till now that would bring the revolutionary change after the Mid-Term Election in four months time from now . Please use the Master-Key now to save the country from the total doom of Afghanistan and Syria and to thwart all designs against the country and the people in four months from now . but why are Indian brahmins still looking after the temple?
