Always nice to see how these older workshops are still in operation.
Hopefully they will be in operation for many more years 👍🙏
I also believe that the goods from these workshops are of a higher quality than those from mass production
Good to see this craftsmanship still being used. Be proud on you products, I like the last shot in particular!
Even though the factory looks old, the products are of high quality
Good luck
Very nice video. These guys must be very proud of thier work!
Never know such a simple screw has a complicated manufacturing process. Thanks for sharing 👏👍
In the age of CNC, it’s good to see that there are still some wheel and dial machinists.
Nice to see old school methods being employed.
Nothing old school about the electrical discharge machining of the die at 0:30.
love Japanese pride of manufacturing. Pity the Sony of the 1990's doesn't exist anymore and all we get is junk CD and blu ray lasers made in China. Is till have 1990's Japanese audio gear that works perfectly
I was wondering why aren't they using an induction heater before forging and then we see the most amazing automated furnace with a turntable. What a lovely piece of machinery.
This is an old factory. There are many old factories like this in Japan employ mostly older people. To upgrade to modern production equipment, meaning many old employees would out of job. It's the owners of the factory who they try to take care of their employees as best as then can.
I really hope to visit factories like this when i visit Japan.
good job fellas, its thankless work but frankly you guys build this world ..
Those are good quality bolts 👍 nice job on the details it will last a long time 😀✌️❤️
This brings back old memories from the training workshop. 😀
Them workers look so excited, to work there.
Trop trop beau j'emm beau coup de personnes à gent sur père bon courage à vous tous gros gros bisous bisous
THE LAST GUY WITH THE BLUE SHIRT
IF YOU SEE HE'S FACE
IT'S A VERY PROUD FACE
AND I'M AGREED WITH HIM
GOOD QUALITY BOLT'S PRODUCTION
TO BE PROUD OF !!
GREETINGS FROM
SALINAS, CALIFORNIA , USA
PEACE ✌️ !!!!!
Le japonais son toujours de bonne manufacture
Not what I expected, surprised to see skilled humans and not robots making limited run quality products.
I saw a video about an old geezer in Tokyo who makes parts for control rods for nuclear power stations in his workshop (which was the size of a shed), who said: "this is much too important to be left to a robot"
@@YaoiMastah Theres somewhere a similar footage of a small shop operated by a single man with decades of experience manufacturing parts for shinkansen. Amaizing!
In korea there is a similiar large factory to produce only bolts & nuts~ your contents are very impressive to me
Excellent job.
Nice 👌 job working
Hàng Nhật quá dep
That's just nuts...

Good video
Very interesting indeed.👍☘️
in the last video i saw it was pakistani men making bolts out of rebar wearing flip-flops so talk about a world of difference. still, i wonder why some of these things are done by hand in stead of fully automated. (like feeding all the small bolts into the threader by hand)
There's something strange about this factory. Manual work, lots of employees, low production volume, all older workers. How much do these screws cost?
Thanks for the video effort and the very best of luck, but the horrible intrusive music chased us away as we so preferred hearing the noises of your machinery.
Is it japanese HI-TECH? I'm writing from Russia, and I thought that West (or Japan) industry more effectively and modern. So sad!
You can't really talk about "mass production". This is low quantity SPECIALIZED production, bigger sizes with a bigger pricetag. For example bolts for trains, machines etc.
These are NOT the bolts you'll find in your local Walmart.
Mostly old men. Lots of knowledge will be lost when they retire. Some seem barely capable of lifting the bolts much longer. Hopefully they rotate jobs - some seem deadly boring.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Nice video but the music is too loud and distracting.

Give me a German designer, a Japanese worker and a Jewish accountant and i'll turn any company into a successful one !
japanese factory - safety first
chinese factory - what safety?
dude why the f do you need a bolt that big lawl. does it go on a ship or something. thats crazy.
😮😮😮
👍👍👍
no music please.
Your videos would be so much better without music! Let us hear the industrial ambience clearly!

I want you to think about something and it’s gonna shock you pick any product around you a Clock a copier a blender a refrigerator and a stove whatever it may be have you ever thought how many companies it takes to make one single product, and then think about how many companies does it take to make an automobile. We are talking about hundreds of different companies making parts just to make one product in Japan they are great technology comes from the United States originally because after World War II I guess America felt guilty for dropping the atomic bombs on Japan that they help them rebuild their economy and before the United States helped them they used to do all this by hand one at a time that’s what was incredible just think about before World War II building everything by hand because they didn’t have the great machinery that they do have now. Just imagine how many people have to work at these companies to make bolts I-beams rubber tires all that stuff before America ever help them them I think it’s amazing how much engineering goes into making each individual product just to make a bigger product so next time you go out to buy a stove a blender a refrigerator think about what it takes to make that individual product it will amaze you and remember nobody works for free so that’s why some products are very very expensive lol ha ha ha ha ha that’s a come a pick up truck now cost almost $90,000 ha ha ha ha ha ha ha it makes me cry sometimes because I want a new truck but I can’t afford it right now other than that God bless you my brothers and sisters take care repaint if you need to Jesus Christ is on his way to pass judgment on all the evil doers of this world so repent if you need to so that way our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ can take you to heaven with us amen ✝️✝️✝️
Hmmmmm
Please stop using music in your videos
👍
We've
Come too far
To give up
Who we are
those men are too old to be lifting heavy parts like that, they should be retired and living comfortably
Please stop producing imperial threads.

After those old workers retire, are young Japanese willing to take over these jobs?
