This reminded me of a visit the NYSB made to Kitchener, Ontario some years ago when the B/M. was Vernon Post and among the music played on the march was The National Hymn, so majestic and it's a memory that has remained with me all these years. No question, there is something about a band on the march!!

Kiwis have produced the Goffin's and many other great names in Sallie bands music. Nice to hear the bass trom pump out his notes. good sensible tempo imprsses this brass player for 65 years and a Kiwi. Well done.

the poor Irish folk must have had another sinking feeling as they hear another parade and wondering when the 'sash my father wore' will be played

But no guns of bombs - just musical instruments ;)
