There’s another Project Runway disqualification. I can’t remember her name but she was a twin and they were both on the show. One of the twins got caught for having a measuring tape in her room and measuring shirts and stuff.
Yup just watched it! She measured her top and pants at the apartment. So not only did she have the measuring tape she used it twice, but she couldn’t do anything w/o her twin sister. So she got the boot!
The twins’ names are Shawn and Claire. Claire was the one caught with the measuring tape-ironically, it was the challenge immediately following the one where her twin sister Shawn was eliminated.

Julie from Real World Season 1 when she asked Kevin if he was a drug dealer when she heard his beeper went off...... So many from Real world/Road Rules could be mentioned
I honestly feel that this should be a Top 50 list, seeing as there’re SO MANY other Reality TV scandals-like Jeff Varner unfairly outing Zeke Smith as transgender (Survivor: Game Changers), the outburst that I myself call “the Sandro incident” (Project Runway), Dan Spilo’s removal from the game for inappropriate physical contact with female castaways and crew members (Survivor: Island of the Idols), Jonathan Baker’s frequently and cruelly mistreating his wife Victoria (The Amazing Race), Chuck Norris’s grandson Maxwell getting caught with a smartphone (Claim To Fame)… And don’t dare get me STARTED on the multiple controversies that have occurred on Big Brother!!
Was the "Amazing Race" one where the husband verbally abused his wife every time they lost a task and I remember even other contestants were disgusted and Phil chastised him on the mat for talking to his wife that way.
As someone who grew up with a Munchausen's parent? It's the attention - the attention, sympathy, and monetary gain. They're pretending to have cancer and aren't diagnosed with it, so they don't understand the pain that comes with it because they aren't experiencing it. They solely want the gain of being (or acting like) a cancer patient.
I believe The Clermont Twins. People expect it from them tho and that makes them think any trouble they get into is deserved. When in reality, the show itself is TRULY effed up with the way they treat the guests.
I'm missing Real Housewives from DC, where one of the fellow housewives managed to break security into the White House in 2009. Girl, what a mess. The whole show had to be cancelled 🤣🤣🤣
Was it ever confirmed that she was given the crown for ANTM all stars? I never liked her, she wasn’t very good on the show in either season and she seems like the type to make that up for clout. Plus she didn’t win her case.
She was crowned. That is why the alternate crowning of Lisa was filmed. I believe all finalists confirmed this as well. I did like her, I wish she would have been left with the crown
She was actually crowned, Lisa confirmed that being the reason for the reshoot in a later interview. The case didn't go far because Tyra and her studio settled for an undisclosed amount.
I thought it was established that Corey Clark was talking out of his rear and the claim he slept with Paula Abdul was just a publicity stunt. Has evidence come out to imply otherwise or is this video basing that segment entirely on his claims? Last Comic Standing, season 1. Gabriel Iglesias broke a rule about no contact with friends or family. He admitted to secret phone calls with his then girlfriend in which he got her opinion on the material he was planning. He was disqualified from the rest of the season. Ink Master, season 4. Volatile contestant Kyle Dunbar got into a nasty dispute with judges Chris Nuñez and Oliver Peck. He tried to make the verbal altercation physical, but several crew members held him back. He was disqualified from the rest of the season. On season 5 Rivals, contestant Josh Hibbard admitted to marijuana use, which broke the rules of the series. This led to his disqualification. Also season 5, one challenge was to design and apply a biomechanical theme tattoo. Julia Carson had a difficult customer (the series calls the clients the human canvases) who shared several ideas for his tattoo, but they were all mechanical in nature. Julia explained that she had to do biomechanical. Not meeting the challenge would have put her on the chopping block no matter how nice the final tattoo was. She drew up a design, incorporating his ideas but he didn’t like it. He initially walked away. He approached Julia again and she told him the design she showed him was the design she was going to tattoo. He asked to speak with her a little more privately so they could work it all out. She told him to eff off. The judges brought him back in for the critique portion and he explained his version of events and she explained hers. Due to her lack of professionalism, Julia was eliminated.
Why would anyone watch these awful shows? Everyone on them is disgusting, and many of these people exploit their kids to make money. The shows ARE scripted; they just aren't scripted by good writers.
I swear I remember another controversy on 90 Day Fiance of an emotionally abusive/manipulative partner. The guy was a pre-school teacher and I think his fiance was French. But of course it's difficult to find.
How about the Bar Rescue episode with the bar owner that killed someone right before the episode was supposed to air? Then, its encore presentation accidentally aired after its initial showing was canceled.
I'm not surprised to see the project runway on the list, I remember that season and even his roommates had said they saw a pattern book in his room. So he did it to himself. With John and Kate Plus 8 I think if they had stayed off t.v. things might've been different for them I think because they did go on t.v. that it gave Kate a big head and even in some of the episodes you can see she verbally abused John. It's no wonder one of their kids wants nothing to do with kate.
Drag Race UK Season 5 had another contestant that filmed two episodes, they found out about similar behaviour to Sherry Pie so they told her they could either put her in the bottom episode 2 and she will go home or they edit her out completely. They went with the second option
Also they forgot about Pete from Below Deck Med season 5. After the 5th episode, they edited about 95% of him out & removed him from the opening intro.
Most caffeine supplements have the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee or a soft drink. So would they have kicked Jillian's team off if she was giving them a cup of coffee or a soda. I don't see how that would boost their performances except making them more awake but they would still have to do all the work themselves.
No idea about the show or its rules but giving people stuff without asking a doc is generally not a good idea. @dhenderson1810 generally no, unless there's concern about cardiac issues. With heavier folks that concern is very real, especially when you throw in physical activity that the body isn't accustomed to. On top of that most of those supplements are a lot more than a cup of coffee.
These "reality" shows are straight-up trash! Especially the Teen Mom show. I wouldn't expect anything less from MTV though. They scrape the very bottom of the barrel for material and people. All of these shows need to be scrapped and taken off the air.
I thought Survivor will make it in this list.. I can think of 2.. Outing the other castaway's gender identity and the others being forcibly removed from the show due to their actions...

I watched this video because I was curious if big brother 2 would be mentioned. In the first week, Jesse held a knife to Krista's throat and asked, "would you be mad if I killed you?" They had both been drinking. They were also alone, and the other houseguests were not informed of what happened until they must have watched it. But anyway, Jesse was immediately called to the diary room and expelled from the house in disgrace. Krista was okay, but she did sue CBS for the trauma that the publicity of that put her through. When she was evicted, Julie asked if she remembered what happened that night and she did not. Jesse also gave the worst exit interview before the episode aired. He believed it was super obviously safe if a girl he was kissing and laughing with had a knife held to her throat while he threatened her life. It is actually the worst thing I have ever watched. No other expulsion from big brother was nearly so extreme.
One from RHOA that gets glossed over is the RAMPANT homophobic remarks about Kim Fields husband. He’s not gay, but they were definitely acting like a bunch of 5th graders with all the teasing and names. S8 is not one I liked because of that. It def wasn’t MAJOR, but it was really ugly and didn’t make ANYONE look good imo. Andy had every right to call them out at the reunion.
the Real Housewives of OC, Vickie knew what was up but was so confused. In the reunion when Tamar when after her, Vickie quickly back-paddle. She quickly went from popular OG to downgraded.
Also you should make a difference between problems that are Related strictly to the participants' Personality And problems which arise From the nature of the show itself, the nature of the competition, which might push some people Too far to win the competition or to get attention.
I was never a fan of Megan, but I'll admit that I didn't watch her reality show "Megan Wants A Millionaire.' I was surprised to see that it was off the air after only 3 episodes, but I was shocked when I found out that it was because of Ryan Jenkins and he had killed his wife. It's just sad that Megan's reality show will forever be remembered for having Ryan Jenkins as a contestant and him killing his wife.
Here's another one: Terrance House & Hana Kimura. It's a touchy subject that hit very close to home (with me being a massive fan of Hana Kimura and her time in Stardom). Basically for those who didn't know, Hana Kimura during the show lashed out (barley imo) at this guy and she received massive online hate and cyberbullying. What made it worse was that Fuji TV did nothing except visualise her in the show as a bad guy which made the hate and bullying worse to a point where she unfortunately killed herself.
I never believe celebrity apologies cuz when they said what they said, they mean what they said so an apology usually means they want ppl to get off there back and don't wanna get "canceled" by the media. Also that won't change there mind on what they believe about the comments they made. So basically they still stand by what they say but they just wanna apology cuz of they manager said so.
I stopped watching "Dog the Bounty Hunter" when he did his groveling mea culpa trying to rehab his reputation. The man should've just apologized, admitted he was wrong, and went off the air to genuinely fix himself. Doing the apology tour simply, in my opinion, came off as insincere and fake

I'm surprised nothing from Jersey Shore was on this list
Absolutely. A female cast member was punched in the face by some random dude at a bar!! How does that not make the list?!
Snooki getting punched STILL shocks me to this day. I just hate the way people frame it as this is what made her famous.
@@mccuish No one died or commited sexual assault. In comparison to most of the ones that made the list, Jersey Shore was tame.
I thought for sure Real World Seattle with Stephen smacking Irene would make the cut.
😂😂😂 naw we now live in a world that no one (man, woman, trans, animal, tree lol) need to touch anyone/anything without permission. And with all these new mental illness.. what you think gonna happen nowadays if you keep pushing buttons. You gonna get slap or punch, man or woman. Just treat people how you wanna be treated.
Well in MTV land that wasn't against the rules as you could see from many seasons a lot of the housemates would fight with each other.

So many from Real world/Road Rules could be mentioned
@@geneviasims7617 David Edwards being the first contestant to get removed from the show
I honestly feel that this should be a Top 50 list, seeing as there’re SO MANY other Reality TV scandals-like Jeff Varner unfairly outing Zeke Smith as transgender (Survivor: Game Changers), the outburst that I myself call “the Sandro incident” (Project Runway), Dan Spilo’s removal from the game for inappropriate physical contact with female castaways and crew members (Survivor: Island of the Idols), Jonathan Baker’s frequently and cruelly mistreating his wife Victoria (The Amazing Race), Chuck Norris’s grandson Maxwell getting caught with a smartphone (Claim To Fame)…
And don’t dare get me STARTED on the multiple controversies that have occurred on Big Brother!!
There have been a few ones in the UK Big Brother, believe me.... 😅
Was the "Amazing Race" one where the husband verbally abused his wife every time they lost a task and I remember even other contestants were disgusted and Phil chastised him on the mat for talking to his wife that way.

I don't understand why people want to fake a Cancer diagnosis. I actually have cancer and it definitely is not anything worth claiming at all!!
Were you asked to show your private medical records to prove it, though?
I remember being quite young and watching the Amber/Gary thing go down. Even back then I was thinking damnnnn they’re really showing this ok
If you want an in-depth account of the Jasmine Fiore case, I highly recommend the episode that covered the case on the podcast Hollywood Crime Scene
They had a story about her on The Playboy Murders. It’s pretty interesting.
Season 2 of Top Chef. One contestant was physically attacked in the penultimate episode by the other contestants. One of the attackers was kicked off.
Was that when Cliff tried to shave Marcels head?
There was also one where one contestant supposedly stole another contestants dish (or part of one) and got away with it.

It was Michaele Salahi crashing the 2009 White House State Dinner.

Megan stated in a interview years later that she wanted to pick him as the winner but production said no... she didn't really said why. I really couldn't find if he won I Love Money 3, some former competitors talk about him but didn't say if he won or what. I see many fans online said he won but how would they know, if they weren't there and the show was never completed. It's just boxes of footage and not edited and untouched.
@@Trix897 I wasn't shocked. I knew that the idea of "Megan Wants A Millionaire" was stupid as soon as I saw the title. This is exactly why I thought that. If all you care about in a man is money, this is exactly the kind of thing that can happen to you. You can't use the money if he murders you. This should be a lesson to all gold diggers everywhere.
I’m wondering the whole Roslyn thing was actually a publicity stunt.
I didn't know that about Gabriel Iglesias, guess it didn't stop him from becoming a top comedian.
Why would anyone watch these awful shows? Everyone on them is disgusting, and many of these people exploit their kids to make money. The shows ARE scripted; they just aren't scripted by good writers.

honestly yall could make a part two bc there’s soooo many that weren’t on here
I'm not surprised to see the project runway on the list, I remember that season and even his roommates had said they saw a pattern book in his room.
This is why I don’t watch reality tv
I'd add Dan Spilo from Survivor, Varner from Survivor, Expulsions from Big Brother.
While one dose is roughly the equivalent of a cup of coffee we don't know how much she was giving them or how often. Moreover it's likely these folks were putting a ton of strain on their hearts due to weight and physical exertion, adding a stimulant on top of that is dangerous af

You should make two separate videos, one for controversies and one for scandals and or crimes.
Here's another one:
Terrance House & Hana Kimura.
