      Everyone has a unique gait or way they move and walk etc.
      It's as individual as say a fingerprint and it's possible to identify someone by their gait.

      I don't like any pictures, etc or my name online, but I have close friends who post everything on FB, and if I want to keep up with them or watch something important they posted, I need FB. So I signed up with a fake name. I have virtually nothing on the account. But I can sign in to various sites using a FB account that has no real information about me on it. So I think people can use FB but without wanting to publicize their private life.

    I went to college with Tim and Becky. This just devastated the whole town of Quincy. We rap our arms around Becky’s boys and her loved ones. But Tim is exactly where he needs to be, he is a monster.

      Wow. Curious if anyone feels that he is innocent around Quincy or fellow classmates? I hate the idea of a life (in prison) being taken via circumstantial evidence, but I myself find it nearly impossible not to convict him. His internet searches and the bike search did him in. He almost got away with it.

Becky was a very sweet girl who loved her family. I know when we first found out about the tragedy, most of us were just so stunned bc this sort of thing doesn’t happen in Quincy…

      Yup, she is by far the most passionately defensive attorney I've ever seen after having watched probably hundreds of these stories. Particularly when she reduced Becky's clear expressions of fear to friends as family as "a lot of girl talk". It's one thing to say "there is no evidence to substantiate that, no evidence he ever physically harmed her in any way"...that's what I would expect from an attorney. To minimize it as "a lot of girl talk" is very unprofessional and the kind of the thing you'd expect from a friend or family member of him, not an attorney.

    A random burglar would not know that the boys room is empty, enabling them to break the window frame to have access to the house.
    Also from my experience installing burglar alarms, on the occasions that the householder as disturbed the burglar, the burglar escapes and runs, they do not shoot the householder 14 times.
    He is guilty and where he belongs, his internet searches helped to prove the case against him.

    The defense attorney gives me chills 😮 she yells and open the eyes in a way I can not stand.

      Absolutely agree. She's a real piece of work. Even if he was innocent (which I do not believe he is), she'd have lost the case for him. She's like a nightmare. Ugh!

      She has a psychopaths, I couldn't watch her in the end. I also didn't realise for most of this program that she was his defense lawyer, I honestly thought she was his new partner. Definitely something going on there. Dangerous creeps the pair of them.

    His defense attorney seems like a jealous girlfriend more than an attorney defending her client. She gives me the creeps and those eyes 👀! Yikes! I would bet if they dug a little deeper, they’d find him and her had some sort of relationship going on and hell they probably still do! SMH. Prayers to Beckys family and kids.... I’ve been in this situation but thankfully I woke up in a hospital and underwent emergency surgery and survived. It was a long road and when kids are involved it’s just awful. My heart goes out to all of them.

    His female attorney dismissing the victim’s concerns as simply “girl talk” just set back women’s rights another 50 years. “Boys will be boys” should be her next defense. Unbelievable.

      Totally agree with you on that and I really think the number of shots had some personal meaning he did find out about the new man on the 14th Valentine's Day and the age of the kids it could signify the number of years married but it had some significance not that he would ever be man enough to admit it or tell why

      I completely disagree I think the prosecutors are a disgrace! I’m so tired of hearing about prosecutors who take ppl to court with no evidence! This criminal justice system is massively broken!
      If u think u can’t be found guilty in todays times you are wrong and I prey none have to find out the hard way!

      As the program continues, her arguments become more and more flimsy until toward the end she's grinning and making faces as though she's saying "sorry sucker." If money talks, it's talking with bravado from her pocket.

      Ironically, I'm grateful that he had a lawyer like that, because I'm pretty sure a talented one could have won this case based on 'reasonable doubt' due to the limited physical evidence. I think his lawyer suits him perfectly.
