Great job on losing 25 lbs and keeping it off during the holidays. Winter is always harder for me to lose weight.
Me too. We travel for cheer from November to March and my birthday is in February so theres always an excuse to cheat.
I have lost 87# since mid May (no injections/no pills/no powders, etc). It’s come off 2#/week, I go on a 30 minute fast walk with my dog daily for exercise and I stand up to work at a desk. I feel PHENOMENAL!
Probably the single BEST thing for me has been to write everything down that I eat and I only eat 3 meals/day. I also weigh everything that I am not 100% sure of the portion (I also use a calorie app to find foods). I like seeing it on paper in my kitchen all of the time so it’s in my face. I eat approximately 80g protein/day, lots of fresh veg, and very little processed food. I do NOT eliminate carbs, but they only compromise 25% of my meal max. We eat out one meal/week only as well.
Keep up the work and you will see that weight come off again.

I was just thinking about you because I like the food hauka and meal prep. Personally I'm not in a diet but my hubby is trying. I just need ideas because he's so picky. Ugh. He doesn't like chicken and/or pasta which is what I eat mostly 🤣. I used to walk for exercise but arthritis stops me now. I'm glad your doing good and you are a beautiful lady and funny.
