- Hi Friends! Today I'm teaming up with one of the realest girls in the game, Deddeh Howard (@secretofdd) on IG. And we're testing out one of my nearest and dearest girlfriend's newly launched Live Tinted Huesticks. There muti-use sticks that are universally pleasing for all skin tones so what bette way to test that out on 2 different shades of women? Wow! Two GORGEOUS nice women! I like the idea of contrasting skin tones using the makeup next to each other. Easier to see the possibilities.
Deddeh’s makeup is gorgeous 😍 I’m a medium skin tone and I’ve been finding it hard to find makeup products to suit it, let alone be inspired to try different looks, but her makeup has inspired me to try something more colorful, she looks glowing!

Such a good idea to use a liquid lip for a lip liner so good i ususly end up with wrong mac lip liners as they look darker but wen applied thry appear too light. So now i can use up my liquid lipsticks too thank you for the tip

Both of u looked gorgeous!! D’s makeup base was soooo lovely! Perk didn’t suit D but looked great on you Ami. Rise was gorgeous on you too!!! But yea Origin was the Bomb for D😂
I’ve been trying various ways of using all 3 colours but somehow Perk as I had predicted, only works as an eye BASE colour for me ..sometimes never! I tried mixing RISE ( all over) AND PERK ( inner corner) ON THE EYES. (I’m a Mac 42- prolly 2 shades lighter than Deeps but same dark undereyes ). Rise and Origin are in my handbag, bathroom and car glove compartment 😆😆😆 I bought quite a bit since It takes years to reach Australia 🇦🇺
Ps: would have been great if you ladies had tried a tinge of eyeshadow ( just one colour/shimmer on top of each huestick) to see how we can mix/ create for each skin colour.
Also, Would love to have seen a Latina ( olive - my kinda skin) coloured gal in the middle of both of you!!😅 maybe next video😁

Ami, which colors did you use please?
Ami you do not have any discoloration around your eyes. Your entire face is all one color.
Dhyana hi! I agree my discoloration is limited and I speak to that which is why I mainly used these for eyes and cheeks. But when I need the extra pick me up perk is my color of choice. And trust me my early postpartum days i needed it. I’ve also used these on several people with discoloration.
